I will rate anyone that messages me to do so
Granted, it may not always be a ten but as Cancer pointed out a long time ago- it does not matter what the rate is, its the number of rates you have!

I do give out tens almost automatically unless you are criticizing (sp?) beliefs, culture, etc.
And I usually rate more than once!

Also, if anyone wants to add me to their friends list/ stalk me I really do not care!! Just message me if you want me to return the favor

Actually, under the new Status System, it does make a difference what you rate someone else. The Profile Bonus is based on how high your Profile Rating is. The higher your Profile Rating, the Highter the Bonus. With the Ranges allowed in the Bonus, it could impact your Total Score and Level greatly.

From the Status System Page:

This Bonus can range from -3% to 3%. It is based on your Profile rating. If you have not set a Profile up, your Profile rating is zero and this Bonus will be -3%. Creating a Profile and getting it favorably rated is one of the quickest things your can do as a new member to increase your Total Score.
