Coimirceoir De An Oíche is Gaelic for The Guardians of the night. This coven is represented by the Angel.
We represent loyalty, kindness, honor, strength, humility, creativity, and so much more. The traits of a person can not be limited to words. There are good just as there are bad angels, and in
Coimirceoir De An Oíche we pride ourselves on being the people we really are. The video to the song playing is part of what inspired me to make this coven.
1. All VR rules apply within the coven.
2. Never question the actions of our Prince, he is to always be treated with the highest respect.
3. Never question the actions of our coven master. There is always a reason for the things she does, and it is always in best interest for our coven. The same can be said for our assistants and other coven admins. They all have our coven in mind and will not do anything that could be thought to be harmful to the family.
4. Respect your fellow members. No flaming, bashing, or any such behavior will be tolerated.
5. The house crest and any honors/rankings you are given must be on every members profile, to show your support and honor.
6. Profiles must be neat, and pleasant to the eyes. Help is available to any member that may be in need of it. For this reason leniency will be in small doses.
7. Abuse of power or out right rudeness to lower ranking coven members will not be tolerated.
8. Absolutely NO sexual misconduct will be tolerated. I will not accept forum posts, that are sexually graphic nor will I tolerate sexual harassment.
9. Participation is key to keeping a coven running. Every member is required to be active. It is understood that real life takes priority over internet life, but participation in ones spare time is not to much to ask.
10. What happens in Coimirceoir De An Oíche stays in Coimirceoir De An Oíche. This includes and is not limited to the works of our members. If you have not asked for permission from the creator to use their material it is considered a violation of this rule. Spilling information about our coven, and how it works to other VR members is also considered a violation of this rule.
11. Check your baggage at the door. Absolutely NO drama will be tolerated. If a problem between members occurs take it to messages and leave it there. This is suppose to be our release from real life, there is no room for petty drama.
12. Absolutely NO cheating! If a coven member is found cheating at any of the contests they will be immediately kicked from the coven. There are no exceptions to this rule, and this is the only warning that will be given.
13. If you are going to be absent for a length of time, it must be posted in the designated thread. Your personal business is no one else's business, just let us know your going to be inactive for a certain length of time.
14. A minimum of 7 forum posts must be made by every member in the coven forums per week.
15. If you are absent for 1 month and have not bothered to inform anyone that you are going to be absent, you will be kicked from the coven. If you do not sign onto VR for 1 month you will be kicked from the coven. I can't be bothered with inactive members.
Failure to comply to the coven rules will lead to whatever action the coven master and assistant master/masters see fit.
Profile Standards
1. Absolutely NO quizzes on member profiles. Quizzes can go in the journals.
2. All member profiles MUST have a profile rating of a minimum rating of 9.0.
3. The Coven crest and members coven ranking HAS to be displayed on the profile..... NOT in the additional pictures.
4. Profiles must be neat and appealing.
Trade/Induction Rules
1. All members being inducted to the coven MUST have at least a rating of 9.0.
2. All members traded from another house/coven ARE required to earn back the favor that was spent on the trade for them. Once the agreement and trade has been made that the new coven member is held to the bargain. If the member so chooses to leave the coven and go to another coven they will be blinded and not permitted to exit until the favor is paid back UNLESS the coven they wish to go to is willing to pay the difference for the member on top of the asking price.
3. Typically I will not induct a lower level member into the coven, but if there is potential spotted in a member I will make an exception on the agreement that the member will do all they can to level up at a decent rate.
4. Typically I will not induct a person under the age of 18 into the coven, BUT I am not beyond it as some under the age of 18 can be and are more mature then some above that age group.
These are the ranks of the house. Each mark represents what position a member holds in the house and are based on the 9 hierarchy of angels. Every member will have one of these marks to show proudly on their profile.

The mark of the coven master will be earned by one of 3 ways. Holding a master position in the house, showing extreme dedication to our coven (this is based on the decision of the coven master and assistant coven master/masters), or by earning a minimum of 1000 favor(favor that was earned for a previous house or coven will not be recognized as part of the 1000).
I just wanted to give a few words on what inspired me to create this coven. I wanted to create a place where people can feel at home, fellowship with others, relax, and just have fun. This doesn't mean that I will not be a tough leader, but I want us all to be a family, and treat one another as brothers and sisters. I feel that when a group of people get together and stand together as one they can form a very strong bond. Within this coven every member has the opportunity to find a friend, confidant, shoulder to lean on, and for some perhaps even some one to look up to. I hope to be here for the members of this coven as much as possible, not only as a leader, but as a friend. I hope each and every member feels at home here, and holds one another up as if they were blood. Thank you all.
