When: August 1 2008 - 2 Nights.
Early check in Okay.
Cost: $250.00 Per Person.
Deposit: $25.00 Per Person due at booking.
Balance: Due April 20 2008
(I also MUST pay an advance deposit on the catering. So its really important that everyone pay the 25.00 per person deposit.. even if your not getting a room). I have blocked the entire hotel. So this event is exclusive for VR members only. HOWEVER, rooms not sold by April 20th will be released back to the hotel, and at that point, we will not have the hotel to ourselves.
The price is gauranteed only if you book before April 20th.
If you want to arrive a day or two early, the cost of the room (not per person), is $99.00 Including all taxes for each night you want to arrive early.
No Single Occupancies. There has to be at least 2 people in a room, because this hotel only has 180 Rooms. Maximum Occupancy is 4 in a room. If you need a roommate, then please post so. NOTE: ROOMS ONLY HAVE 2 BEDS! ROLLAWAY BEDS ARE NOT GAURANTEED.
Roommate List: If you put yourself on my roommate list. You are guaranteed a roommate. You are not guaranteed the sex of the roommate (or by hehehe). You CANNOT be put on the roommate list without paying your deposit.
Whats Included: Hotel and State Taxes, Your Room for 2 Nights, Breakfast each morning, Dinner each Night, the Masquerade Ball, and the Club Night. The Cemetery Tour will be an additional optional charge if you decide to go. ( I don't have the price yet)
Whats not included? Alcohol. - But there will be a cash bar.
Age Limit of the event: 18 and Over.
Booking Information: Please contact me via email at info@allgenretravel.com for a booking form, or call the number on the website. DO NOT SEND IN A DEPOSIT WITHOUT A BOOKING FORM. Please email me for the form, print it, and send it in with your deposit if you are mailing it.
Events: Masquerade Ball and a Club Night. An optional Cemetery tour as a group will be available, with a local spooky guy - though we will probably know more then him!
I have been informed that many events planned here on VR don't always work out - as people whom say they are attending.. never do. This is going to be a fun and successful event only if you attend.
Cancellation Policies:
All 25.00 per person deposits are nonrefundable. Because we are taking over ALL the rooms at the hotel, you cannot cancel after April 28 2008.
If you live in New Orleans or the surrounding area, you can still attend at a reduced price yes - however - No.. you cannot just show up. Why? The hotel is catering the dinners and staffing the parties. So I have to submit an accurate manifest/guest list prior to the event. Please see the All Genre Travel Webiste for prices on attending events without a room.
Dining Menu:
The dinners will be set up buffet style. Each dish listed is served separately for the ease of those vegetarian. For those with allergies - each dish is prepared separately without cross contamination. There are no Mushrooms or Peanuts (including oil) in the items below. If you have a food allergy, please advise me on your booking form.

** I was going to have soft drinks added.. but no joke. the hotel was going to add 10.00 per person for soft drinks FOR EACH MEAL. I thought that was ridiculous.. thats about 9 two liters a person a meal they think were gonna drink... Sooo.. Im am going to bring quite a few out of my own pocket.. theres no charge for ice at the hotel.. Would anyone mind bringing 1 or 2 with them as well to share? **
