1. What are Vampire Mentors?
A Vampire Mentor is a Vampire Rave member of level 80 or higher who has chosen to start a Mentorship.
2. What are Vampire Mentorships?
A Mentorship is a private Vampire Rave group, led by a Mentor. A Mentorship has the following:
A public main page.
A public members (pupils) page.
A private poll system.
A private forum.
A private chat system.
The ability to create additional custom private or public pages.
All pupils of a Mentorship receive a 1% Status bonus.
3. What are the requirements to be in a Mentorship?
To be a pupil, you must be below level 80. If you hit level 80 while in a Mentorship you
will be removed automatically from the group. You are then free to start your own
Mentorship if you wish.
4. What are the requirements to start a Mentorship?
You must be at least level 80.
Mentorships have a banner file, similar to a main profile picture or a Society crest.
You don't need this file to start a Mentorship, but you should have it soon afterward. A default
graphic is used until you upload a new one.
5. How do I become a pupil?
You can only join a Mentorship if a Mentor has invited you. There is no petition or application
system. When a Mentor sends you an invite, you'll receive a message in your regular message box.
6. As I Mentor, how many pupils can I take on?
At level 80 you can Mentor 5 pupils. At level 90 you can mentor 10. For every 10 levels after
level 90 you can mentor 10 more pupils. Your main Mentorship page always shows how many pupils you have
and how many slots you have open.
7. Do I have to follow any rules?
Within your Mentorship you can create public pages. These pages, and your main Mentorship page
must conform to the Dark Network's Terms of Service and general posting guidelines. Other than that,
there are no parameters regarding what your Mentorship can be about. You can create any theme or no
theme at all. The choice is up to you.
There are no rules regulating your internal Forum, Polls, or private pages. Vampire Rave Regents do not
patrol Mentorships.
8. How do I get the Mentor Bonus?
If you are a pupil in a Mentorship you automatically receive a 1% Status bonus. The Mentor does not
receive a bonus.
