The VR logo is centered on the left breast and measures about 4 inches square.
As with all VR apparel, the logo is embroidered. Embroidery is a far superior lettering method when compared to silk screening.

I have a desire for self-expression and for positions that allow contact with people, free from the restrictions and monotony into which I am often drawn. Although I desire to be spontaneous and natural, am often drawn into technical and methodical lines of endeavours and the incidentals of life.
Am friendly by nature, but cannot enjoy complete ease in associations because, at times, there being a difficulty in expressing myself. While I can be exacting and thorough in whatever I decide to undertake, there is a desire to keep a well-ordered life with everything in its place; it is not easy for me to maintain the system and order I would like.
There is conflict between my desires and my expression which does not allow scope for my capabilities. This lack of fulfillment of my deeper qualities tends to create repression and frustration.
For as long as I can remember, I have had an obsession with vampires whether it be in books, movies or art. Even in my Graphic Design course, many of my projects seemed to reflect my darker side. Most of the pictures that I manipulate for Groups, Friends or Others for their characters in Role Playing or for custom signature tags are of the gothic, dark fantasy and vampiric influence.

I am a Veteran and Proud of it. It is one of the few good things that I have done in my lifetime. I served in the US Army for 3 years Active Duty and almost 18 years in the NJ National Guard (Apr '74 - Dec '94). I was trained to be a Communications Center Specialist--72E and eventually was stationed in Karlsruhe, Germany. Of course, as luck had it, there were no slots open in my MOS, so I ended up working as a Clerical Specialist in S-2. After completing my tour in Germany I couldn't get out of the Army fast enough. But 2 months down the line, I felt there was something missing from my life and ended up enlisting in the NJ Army National Guard.
I started as a Company Clerk/CO's Driver in a Combat Engineer Battallion; not getting anywhere, I sent in my own application to go the Combat Medic Course. After spending a few years as a Medic in the same Battallion, I was transferred to a Medical Company, which eventually became a part of a Support Battallion. For a while ('85-'87), I worked full-time as the Company Administrator, Supply Sergeant, Arms Maintenance. After getting burned out, I went back to just doing weekends and took on the position of Ward Master. I retired in '94 as E-6, Staff Sergeant.
