So this is an open ended statement to me... in the South BBQ is food..... It is to my understanding up North a BBQ is an event where people gather and cook on a grill. That said... I do like pulled pork bbq but not from all states since they all seem to vary, and I do find it fun to gather with family and or friends and grill as well.
