I said what I said. Not my fault; bro is severely brain-damaged and enabling passive-aggressive and toxic behaviors while actively refusing to open the blinders covering his eyes cause he is whipped by a mentally unstable woman. Again, I gave my two cents personally dealing with this woman. If bro wanna keep being her white knight online, so be it. He can be in an unhealthy, toxic relationship with her, and together they can be the VampireRave's Joker and Harley Quinn with roles reversed

🚩Passive Aggressive Behavior🚩

10:45 Jun 30 2026
Times Read: 91

Just putting my two cents in here from my personal experience

To Adain, if you read this
Let me be honest here: you're being a white knight for someone who clearly lacks boundaries herself. I'll put this bluntly, Adain: whatever unhealthy Harley and Joker relationship y'all got going on IRL and on VR. You are blinded by the manipulation cause of how you got feelings for her. She's got you so warped that you can't even see how much toxicity is in the air.

Because guess what, CitizenX isn't the only one WT had targeted and attacked on VR.

Hmmm, if I remember correctly, about two months ago or so, she came at me with her passive-aggressive behavior both in journal AND DMs, all because she jumped to conclusions.
Let's see, after I called both of you out to quit your back-and-forth, obvious public flirting in the stream, she @ me in the stream being in her feelings, claiming I was being the "journal police"..I don't see how that is of relevance considering journals and the stream are two separate things on VR.
When I didn't even bother to give her a response, much less interact with her..she took it upon herself to copy and paste that same stream reply she made and DM'ed it to me. Aside from that, she then made a journal post indirectly at me cause of a journal I wrote about my personal opinion about the usage of AI
Of Course, I viewed it. Again, I did not interact or engage. I knew she was referring to me. So I shrugged my shoulders and let it be.

What she did afterwards proved how passive-aggressive her behavior had been towards others on here.
In addition to wrongly coming at me in the stream, journals AND DMs. She pulled out with this wild-ass conclusion in her delusional mind that I had ANY interest in you, because she believed something was going on between us due to your interactions with my posts in the stream. I made it publicly clear IN MY OWN journal that I wasn't a homewrecker, and I wasn't stealing anyone's man. I also hinted that I have feelings for someone else on VR whose friendship I cherish deeply.
I was not, nor ever was, interested in you, so the animosity and jealousy that WT had against me was unjust.

I couldn't believe how false assumptions were made about me when I keep to myself.

Not long after I made that journal, look who came crawling back into my DMs using her alt accounts, trying to make amends and apologize to me. Naturally, I ignored them and did not accept any apologies because she should have never come at me to begin with. Besides, I don't do fake friendships with grown-ass women.
I could tolerate and be civil, but I'm not gonna sit here and deal with fake shit. I didn't appreciate how she came up with a false narrative in her delu land about me and you. Then to come at me in jealousy over something that wasn't even real. I barely interacted with you. Nonetheless, I already hashed out how uncomfortable she made me feel in DMs and made that Block button useful.

So, truthfully, I'm not involved in any drama, and as I said numerous times, I keep to myself. However, I am siding with CitizenX here. He shouldn't have to apologize to WT when her mentality decides to start going after folks on here.
The audacity you have to try and demand an apology from him to her, when a lot of VR can see how manipulative and passive-aggressive her behavior is. She comes up with these wild, baseless accusations and targets people without any evidence. Then gaslights and plays the victim card when things don't go her way. That is the OLDEST tactic in the book Narcissists use.

To wrongly accuse CitizenX, and as he said, she doubled down and started with her passive-aggressive behavior, like making journals about the situation.
Oh yes, don't forget her "songs"
Don't forget when you two had a falling out fairly recently last week. She made a diss track about you, sharing it on VR, saying she doesn't date crybabies.
Now you're trying to be her defender because of her honor getting hit.

Let me break this down for you
This is toxicity at its finest. Unhealthy and toxic

You had no right to demand CitizenX apologize when WT has made it very public that she is unhinged. You got blinders on, dude. Seriously, stop being an internet white knight just cause you got a thing for WT. You can't simply threaten CitizenX, then make demands of him and coerce an apology all cause the woman you're infatuated with has mental issues and wanted to take shit out on folks that have nothing to do with her VR beef 💯

🥀Numb Without Realization🥀

.....Just came to the realization...that for the past three weeks I've been numbing myself without knowing it.... either going 24-48 hours without sleep or I'm oversleeping, shirking my responsibilities, and severe binge-eating......I knew I was depressed and dealing with depressive episodes...but not to this extent....though it makes sense..why I've been avoiding interactions and cancelling last-minute volunteer work....I just hate myself right now, and I want to cry so bad...

I...don't...want...to...keep...being...this...way

❤️‍🩹Night Time Stroll & Fireworks❤️‍🩹 6/25/2026

04:44 Jun 26 2026
Times Read: 313

Tonight I took a night time stroll and sat on a bench by a local park, with my head tilted up to the dark cloudy sky hearing the fireworks from a far distance. I must admit though, at that very moment how alone I felt. I sighed deeply with these overthinking thoughts roaming through my mind. I was thinking on whether or not I should be ready to give my heart out to the one I have feelings for. I do really like him, truly I do. Although, stuff happened, and things were said out of pain, past experiences and trauma..Eventually I was left with a huge wave of regret...but that never changed my feelings for him.... Surprisingly it's a shock to me, how strongly I feel..

My head is alerting me be careful meanwhile my heart is screaming out I still do very much like him!

The mending heart pounding in my chest at the mere thought of giving it to someone, especially to him. I wanted to sob and let it all out right then and there, sadly I couldn't do it. With the brisk chill wind hitting my face, I looked down at the ground, then back up at the sky. For so long, I've yearned for a partner. I've desired intimacy, love, protection, affection, vulnerability, reciprocation, attention, and even emotional safety. Things I honestly never received in past relationships. Considering I had always received the bare minimum or nothing at all. I don't even like asking for things, especially when it comes to love languages. My love languages are quality time, words of affirmation, and physical touch.

I only came to learn of what my love languages are fairly recently over the past few years. So back then, I was always getting attached easily and falling too fast. Which I do not think that has even changed.

...Instead I became depressed, isolated and hypervigilant. How could I tell him I'm terrified of giving my all to him? My fear of abandonment right there always at the ready to creep behind me when the slightest bit of peace and happiness enter in my life.
How could I admit that I do still have feelings for him and want to give us a try?
How could I admit I'm terrified?...
I do not wish to get hurt, and at the same time I do not wish to repair yet another broken heart again..

Through out my teens and adulthood, I've been rejected way too many times, that now in my thirties;
I've come to expect rejection and abandonment whenever I take an interest in somebody..
so the cycle had never stopped..

All this overthinking tbecause of a night time stroll and the sound of fireworks

It made me miserable tonight

🥀My Anxious-Attachment Style🥀

14:32 Jun 21 2026
Times Read: 534

It took me until I became a grown adult to realize, why a number of things went wrong in my love life and relationships. How I always ended up giving more than I was receiving. Always being the one to give my all. The time, effort and energy. While the other party gave me nothing but the bare minimum. Right down to the verbal and emotional abuse sometimes. I truly did not put much thought into at the time. I kept quiet while I got yelled at, cursed at, invalidated. I would people-please and do what they wanted, just so they wouldn't abandon me. I was always the person who would always put everyone first, but put myself last. Being the girlfriend who would check-in "are you okay?" "good morning/goodnight texts". I did it all. While only getting breadcrumbed and just accepting it.

I never thought of myself to be worthy of love, so to me the idea of someone genuinely being interested me was laughable. Because I never actually got to experience true genuine, authentic love. Being used for my body, and giving guys what they wanted..only to be ghosted or abandoned in the end. Never standing up for myself or speaking my truth. This all affected me without me even realizing. There were moments when I was jealous, and was even told that I was clingy and needy.
Numerous times, the same phrase "you're too much" or "it's too much" became a constant. They would get mad at me for even trying to ask for reassurance. I had a difficult time saying "No" and was a severe people-pleaser even at the cost of my emotional and mental wellbeing. People-pleasing just so I wouldn't get abandoned..

Turns out I had a lot of unmet emotional needs

I never understood why a lot of what happened to me happened. Until I began researching attachment theory styles (Anxious-Preoccupied, Dismissive Avoidant, Fearful Avoidant [Disorganized] and Secure Attached). Then suddenly everything made sense to me. Upon further researching, I've learned that I am an Anxious-Preoccupied. The symptoms are the emotional needs and unmet needs stemming from childhood and can affect adulthood. So with my research, I've dug deeper to understand the root of my problems to figure how to heal the invisible core wounds, that I never knew existed, especially in regards to my relationships.

According to The Attachment Project,

"Adults with an anxious/preoccupied attachment style might think highly of others but often suffer from low self-esteem.

These individuals are sensitive and attuned to their partners’ needs, but are often insecure and anxious about their own worth in a relationship.

If the loved one rejects them or fails to respond to their needs, they might blame themselves or label themselves as not being worthy of love.

Generally, adults with anxious attachment need constant reassurance that they are loved, worthy, and good enough.

The strong fear of abandonment might often cause anxious adults to be intensely jealous or suspicious of their partners.

This fear might also lead them to become desperate, clingy, and preoccupied with their relationships. Adults with an anxious attachment style are often afraid of or even incapable of being alone, which can lead them to stay in undefined relationships like situationships.

They seek intimacy and closeness and are highly emotional and dependent on others. The presence of the loved one appears to be a remedy for their strong emotional needs."

It's been two years, since 2024 during my healing era that I've acknowledged I am anxious preoccupied. I've let it be known to others as a precaution and safety, so I can prevent myself from further harm. In the event, of getting close or even vulnerable, this is what to expect. However, I am trying to heal in order to become Secure. Though, it is a lengthy process. It can not be done within a day, like the expression goes
"Roman wasn't built in a day."

Granted, I do miss the feeling of being in a relationship. I miss all of affection and the attention. The late night video and voice calls. Being called "Baby". I miss everything about it despite my years of the single life. I had yearned for emotional safety, reassurance, genuine connection, intimacy, reciprocation, vulnerability...most of all Love

Unfortunately, due to my Anxious-Attachment Style. I don't think anyone would ever be willing to handle it.

Simply put... I Don't Want To Have To Be 'Too Much'

I also have anxious attachment, and a lot of it is from my childhood and my father. But trust me when I say this, because I've been where you are, there is someone for you. I never thought I'd find myself in a stable and healthy relationship, but meeting my now fiancé was honestly the best thing to happen to me. There's someone out there who's going to be perfect for you, who will lift you up, help you heal and grow, who will never think you are "too much" for them. And you'll find them when you least expect it. You're not too much, you're not unworthy of love. You simply haven't found the right person who will value, appriciate, and love you as you rightfully deserve.

Mentally Tired 6/19/2026

04:15 Jun 20 2026
Times Read: 701

No I do not mean I am physically tired or exhausted. No I don't mean my body is drained. What I mean, is how I am mentally tired. I'm tired of trying to help people out of the kindness of my heart. Even when I'm struggling, I'm always the one to help those in need and be there for them. I'm tired of giving my all in general. With depression, I put a smile on my face and fake being happy, giving people help or if they need me to show up. I'm always the "Go-to" person for everyone. It's exhausting! I never minded helping out. I've always been the girl to help this person, or help that person. Whether it was friendships, relationships, in life or even in school. While everyone did the bare minimum. It's the reason why I had became fine being on my own and solo'ing everything.

What's wild, is how I RARELY ever ask for help.

If I'm severely struggling and even battling depression internally. It's rare I ever ask for people's help. Because personally, to me I don't want to be a bother nor do I want to be a burden. I struggle on my own, by myself without asking for help. But I'm always the person who provides help whenever asked of me or out of pure good intentions.
I'm TIRED ... just mentally tired

Regardless, Breaking the fuck down tonight😭

Depression Struggles 6/16/2026

06:06 Jun 17 2026
Times Read: 754

For the past few days, I've been internally struggling with what to write all the more while trying to keep myself steady despite the depressive episodes. Struggling to break out of this mental and emotional rut, hoping to break free from the chains around my heart.
I sobbed these last few days quietly, and continued onwards to attempt to get myself into my positive coping mechanisms.

Trying to tell myself to have hope and to remain here for someone special and close to me...

But then there's this lingering thought that has been buzzing around inside my head, almost like a buzzing pest, whispering in my ear for me to leave. That I am not needed nor wanted. I chalked it up to my Anxious-preoccupied attachment style, plus the overthinking as usual...

I hate having to deal with these bombarding thoughts, even when I am actively seeking professional help. Frankly, I only have my therapy for help...since I have no actual support system. Haven't had a support system ever because, truthfully, in the childhood household I grew up in- mental health was pretty much a taboo.
In fact, in most Latino and black households, mental health and depression don't exist.
This is why a lot of us millennials are struggling to break generational trauma and the stigma of mental health. Some of you might not believe me, and it's fine.. But it does happen whether or not you think I'm lying.

It's an unspoken rule. You tell someone you're depressed. You're often dismissed and invalidated. If you attempt self-harm, you get ridiculed.

My first self-harm/suicide attempt...I was 10-11 years old, in elementary school, 5th grade. I don't wish to go back down that dark memory of my past childhood. I will admit that when the school called my house...and the family found out. I received no emotional support.
Instead, I was called stupid...since then, I kept shut about my internal struggles.

After that, as I got older, more things in my life began to spiral out of control.

I was severely bullied throughout my school life. Shit..even in middle school, I was a frequent victim/target of bullying by the older kids who were in special education classes. I remembered their names and faces til this very day. Two of them chased me directly into the back of the schoolyard during recess and assaulted me while a school aide stood idly by. They held me in a headlock, forced my head down...pulled my uniform shirt over my head..and began punching me in the stomach...
They received no punishment or detention. All that happened was meeting after meeting. In each incident that occurred, no teacher protected me. The school system failed me. In 8th grade, I experienced the cliche mean girl group dynamic. I was just the sacrificial pawn. The "ugly duckling" - so from then on, I had become suspicious of other girls and their motives towards me.

Fast forward- 4 years of high school hell.

Freshman year of high school, I used to eat my school lunch in the girls' bathroom..sitting in the stall, crying my eyes out and eating..to the point of getting myself sick and throwing up. I've put up with a lot of bullshit and drama from just about anyone in school until graduation. Whether it was malicious intent or ill harm back then, my teenage self STILL harbors hatred for every single one of them. Classmates who faked friendships, to the boys who made bets about me..to the girls who singled me out cause I wasn't popular or pretty.
Their relentless targeting added to the worthlessness I was already secretly suffering from. Eventually, I got to see a psychiatrist, and in each session, nothing was resolved. I was consistently asked
"So do you feel like harming yourself or others?" and each time I said no.
I was then 'dianosed' with depression and told I'd have to be on antidepressants. I declined because even I knew that kind of effect medication would have on me.

I rode that depression tsunami all the way to my late 20s. By mid 2023, I was unhinged. I sought to drink as a way of coping. No hardcore liquor, but mostly beer, especially since I was never a drinker to begin with and only had a drink or two with family during special occasions. I would walk out at night, inebriated, blocks away from home, sobbing til my eyes stung. The shame, guilt, self-worthlessness, extreme low self-esteem, loneliness, hopelessness, and even grief had hit me all at once. I hated myself. Wanted to end it all. Wanted to leave this world. I couldn't take it anymore. I was nearing the end of my 20s, and it felt as if I had the weight of the whole world on my shoulders...I couldn't bear handling everything on my own. With no help. I was suffering.
No family I could be vulnerable with, without fear of judgment.
No friends who even bothered to check in on me.
I felt lost.

I was even planning on offing myself by taking a trip to the George Washington Bridge. Taking the plunge into the cold abyss despite my fear of heights. Until someone did check on me and managed to calm me down. When I got home, I cried in the darkness and waited until morning to call for help. I never even knew the number of the crisis hotline. I just went to Google and called the facilities for outpatient treatment. I finally found one treatment center suited to the kind of assistance I needed, sent an email explaining my battle, and went in hours later. I was even placed on a high-risk list. and was properly diagnosed within a few sessions.

It's been 4 years already.
And so far, I've come a long way. I'm still trying to manage my emotions and keep myself grounded with the healthy coping mechanisms that I've come to learn. I hadn't attempted self-harm or done anything self-destructive. Since beginning my therapy four years ago, doing talk therapy and learning how to cope safely and healthily. I entered into my healing era. I learned that healing is messy and how it's okay to not be okay
I'm trying my best to heal and learn about the core wounds I never even knew I had, any childhood trauma I had, and manage this depression. It's not easy when my brain keeps overthinking, and my anxiety is yelling at me.

Which is why I took the time to write in my journal, hoping that I can self-regulate tonight

Psychologically not okay 6/13/2026

Just woke up in a frantic sweat...heart thumping fast, head pounding, with dry mouth and tears down my face.. can barely keep my eyes open...
haven't had a clown nightmare in months....all of a sudden it just began..
my fucking Coulrophobia (phobia/fear of clowns) is settling into my dreams again....
loud bangs on the door, mysterious pennywise-like voice calling out my name, unfamiliar person with distorted facial expression or grin charging at my door...
something almost out of an uncanny valley or slenderman story..
I tried to force the door close, but it opened outwards and I saw this figure come running to my door, it's head lifts up and it's distorted face..I lock the door and run away, hearing myself say "no no no" as the voice gets louder and
then this sudden urge to physically force my body awake in the real world..
In a cold sweat running down my neck, my chest heaves and I'm panicking searching around my surroundings.
I know about dream interpretations, clowns symbolize hidden stressors or unresolved trauma..but please I don't want to experience this again.
For months I was fine without the Coulrophobia invading my dreamworld...

Now I'm not so sure I want to sleep...

I'm deeply physically exhausted... Struggling to keep my eyes open, but I don't want to.
I don't want to experience this after such a long time..

The smile I had is gone...

My motivation I had to get through daily activities is slowly fading. The only reason I've forced myself out of bed today was to care for my animals. I've tried to let the sunshine in, to brighten up my room, thinking that would help. It hasn't. I haven't been able to crack a laugh. Haven't even called the family as usual. Feeling extremely irritable. Overthinking thoughts of wanting to disappear completely.

I'm starting to feel worthless again....

There's a powerful wave of hopelessness showering over me.....

I'm going back into my old, unhealthy patterns.....

Survival Mode 6/9/2026

23:27 Jun 09 2026
Times Read: 1,069

I've been in survival mode over the last couple of years... struggling to battle this depression with no one in my corner. I went at it alone for four years straight. No one checked in on me. My body became hypervigilant, so I'm constantly scanning for threats. Always ready to have my guard up. I haven't been able to enter into my "soft" era, where I can finally drop my walls down. My anxiety causes physical sickness within me. I feel this knot tightening in the pit of my stomach, the nausea as if I'm going to puke. Sometimes, I purposely refuse to eat food just to avoid upchucking for this very reason. My hands tremble with nerves shot. I tense up, bracing for impact. My knees begin to buckle underneath me. My brain is overthinking. A heaviness in my chest, and I feel like I'm going into a full-blown anxiety attack. There's often a dreadful feeling as if something bad or wrong is going to happen.

Today I've had an anxiety attack in public.

In the middle of public transportation.

First time having an attack since last year.

I want to hide away from everyone. I want to self-isolate.

I want to cry for however long I'm allowed to. This type of depression I have is not just a simple diagnosis. Persistent Depressive Disorder is chronic and lasts for 2 or more years. My battle with chronic depression has been ongoing since 2010, when I was 15. I've been managing my type of depression for these four years with psychotherapy (Talk-Therapy) and healthy coping mechanisms for myself. While these methods do help to ease how I feel. I'm still unable to be released from survival mode.

I'm doing somewhat okay. However, for the life of me I can't articulate how I'm feeling tonight. I've tried writing down my emotions and also experiences in my journal to express myself. Sadly, I felt as if I'm being a bother and then ended up deleting the entire journal. Emotionally, alright, although mentality I'm in a rut. Of course, I was able to cry it all out the night before. Now I suppose I'm mentally numb.

Can I just be happy for tonight
