I would not worry Fiz most people are just sheep and only do things so they can be with what they think is the cool crowd. When in fact the group they hang with does not have one thought that they came up with on there own. So Happy 5 year on VR .

I know it's a low paid job, serving food but we're still having to pay a pretty penny to purchase it, so at least they could try to get it right. :(

There is no such thing as customer service any more. What ever happened to the customer is always right. all they want to do is complain about how much customers complain. Well if they would get it right the first time we wouldn't have to complain.

As a customer service professional, I have to disagree with those who claim there isn't any customer service out there anymore.



I worked my ASS off on a daily basis for over 9 years doing customer service jobs, and I pride myself on providing the best customer service possible. The only reason I'm not currently working is I was laid off by DISH Network for something that's happened ONCE in 9 years of being in customer service.



I'm sorry you had a bad experience while out eating Neal, believe me, that shouldn't happen.



If I'd been you, I would have complained about the cheese immediately, because that lets your server know there's a problem so they can fix it. If I'd been the one serving you, I'd have made sure that everything was ok within a few minutes of you getting your food, and definitely made sure things were taken care of properly as well with the desserts.
