I hate feeling like I’m finally succeeding at my job, and it might not matter. I did not accept the deferred resignation 2.0, so I guess we’re about to face hunger games style lay offs. I had no idea people hated federal employees so much.

I’m afraid of being turned away at the gate like those poor HHS workers, without adequate warning- wasting my time and gas commuting.

I do environmental work- helping facilitate clean up of superfund sites. I feel the work I do is important.
