There are two camps of thought in the sometimes conceived battle between males and females.
In one camp are those that think male and females should continue to compromise to overcome societal gender programming and make things work to continue the species.
In the other camp are those that think, Fuck It! When you really accept facts, being ALONE and being LONELY are two different things. Sexual Intercourse with another human is the only "NEED" many humans feel is the true benefit of being with another human intimately. Not help with finances, chores or to combat loneliness. Some people do not think of killing themselves or falling into a deep depression if they aren't with another human physically in the era of AI and Cyber Technology.

So, I've been a little concerned since Friday not being able to benefit from my Sauna Treatments due to the two new tattoos.
Tattoo Aftercare: Do's and Don'ts - Hush Anesthetic:
Do not expose the tattoo under the sun if possible. Use tattoo sunscreen lotion with a minimum of SPF 30 if you really have to. If possible, avoid swimming, soaking in the tub, excessive sweating, steam baths or anything that will make it wet. Keep your tattoo out of contact from clothes or avoid leaning on it.
I mean, it's not rocket science. Most food and drink have calories. You put that into your body and there is no burning off of those calories, the body stores them as fat.
If you burn an equal amount of calories you put into your body, you maintain whatever weight you're at.
You burn more calories you put into your body, you reduce your weight.
If you try to starve yourself, well.....there are many negative consequences that your body will go through.
So if I have Exercise Intolerance, my options are limited.
Exercise intolerance is a condition of inability or decreased ability to perform physical exercise at what would be considered to be the normally expected level or duration. It also includes experiences of unusually severe post-exercise pain, fatigue, nausea, vomiting or other negative effects.

However, knowing the Principle of Yin/Yang, I'm just bracing myself for the inevitable Negative Energy period that I'm feeling won't less long due to Awesome Karma.

Dayum, an entire week without a Sauna Treatment because I have 2 new tattoos. In fact, on the internet, it's recommended to not sauna for 3 weeks! Fuck all that noise! I'm already going to be missing around 18 hours of treatment.
So now just sitting in bed watching The 85 South Comedy Show on YouTube medicating.
Down to 226 lbs. It has taken about 5 months to lose 28 lbs. Down from maxing out at 254 lbs.
They say the average amount of weight to lose safely is 1 lb per week. Well, I'm only 8 lbs beyond that and no real negative results as of yet. I'm not starving myself. I eat what I want, but just a lot less of it. Less meat and more water and fruit. The big contributor to my weight loss is that Awesome Sauna.
At 50 years old with Exercise Intolerance due to health issues from my military career, finally found the type of Healthy Living that works for me.
Now, to continue and sustain the positive progress.
Oh yeah, I'm really thinking of going into the New Year with 2 small Neck Tattoos. LOL!

It felt like I had just consumed "ambrosia", longevity or immortality-giving food of the Gods. When I washed it down with some Pineapple-Coconut Flavored Water, it was like a Goddess had just squirted her nectar, the life-giving drink of the Gods, over my tongue and down my throat. Damn near orgasmic experience. However, for every 2 pieces, that's 160 Calories going into my body and 50% of those calories are from Fat! WTF?! Therefore, I've limited myself to no more than 2 per day. The Struggle Is Real!!! LMAO!!!
No, I'm not on the Dopamine Diet (https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/what-dopamine-diet), however, it seems to be similar. One of my Healthier Lifestyle changes and practices of MOGYOLOGY, going on for about a year now, is to eat foods that contribute to an increase in 'Happy Chemicals' being released in my brain, but consume them in moderation.
Survived another Sauna Treatment. Time for a little nap for as you know, there is no saunaing without a little medicating. LOL!

So I woke-up this morning, still fully retired after 7 years, my house is still my own little corner of Paradise, all bills paid for the month, have spending cash, savings for emergency and credit, food in the fridge, my puppy-dog is happy and healthy, my Hummer H2 is still operating well, I'm healthier, no worries about an unhealthy relationship, still living my beliefs and best life, and about to take my first of three sauna treatments of the day after I post my Wednesday Video.
