These are the new California laws taking effect in 2023....

Usually, if one finds something of value and wants to return it to its owner, they take it to the local authorities who I suppose place an ad or whatever and if no one claims it after a certain amount of time, the finder becomes its new owner.

Like, services increasing their cost AFTER a Pay Increase defeats the purpose of attempting to reduce the financial burden some may feel due to the current Cost of Living.

My 20-year-old garage door is on its last few ups and downs.

I returned home and successfully parked in my garage and closed it down with only mild annoyance.
