While listening to an interview, Terrence Howard spoke the truth concerning how when parents or a spouse works their ass off to achieve a level of financial success that when children are born into it or a spouse is married into it many take it for granted due to not having gone through the struggle to get it for themselves. As I always said, no one will value what you worked hard to own nor really appreciate what sacrifices you had to make to achieve a level of success as much as you.

I woke up today and I just know that pissed somebody off...Well if you think that's bad, wait to you find out that I'm still AWESOME!!!! ^_^

People are doing some good blogging today. A friend of mine just posted this on her page..."Okay...so I am taking a poll:

Would you prefer to be NEEDED in a relationship or WANTED? Why? I appreciate your input in advance..."



So I commented with: "WANTED! Because some people would do almost anything to keep you in a relationship if they NEED you such as lie, blackmail, deceive, play the victim or guilt card, etc, etc all because they probably are the type that can't make it on their own or they're in love with what you brought to the table too much such as material things and a higher standard of living than what they were use to, but can't seem to love you the way you want them to love you and deserve to be loved. So I'd rather be Wanted than Needed."

So one of my cousins posted on her FB Wall: "Some people are so materialized. What happened to loving a person for who they are instead of what they got or what they can do for you?.... Ijs"



So I "liked' her post and then commented with: "Hopefully who they are brings something to the table to enhance another's life. It doesn't always have to be what is tangible, the intangible should be valued just as much. However, most people don't take the time to find out the character of a person and out of convenience and other desires focus more on what their sense of sight shows them. Let's not fool ourselves, people allow other's in their life not always focused on what they feel they can do for that person, but rather how that person can enhance their own life. It seems easier to both see and advertise a pretty or handsome face, nice body, and material things one owns since people can readily see that from the start, but to both see and advertise one's ability to have and to hold, to love and to cherish, to be faithful, to honor, to comfort, to respect, to be trustworthy, during good times and bad, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, until death...well that's a bit more difficult for someone to have proof of from the start and does take time by really getting to know someone to the point where one feels as best they can that it's those qualities that the other person really possesses and they're not just pretending."

So when a guy says to a female who he is interested in that he will be watching his favorite show at a certain time she makes it a point to call at that time to see which is his priority. Well thanks to Video OnDemand, DVR, Hulu Plus, Netflix and more, a guy should always choose the female when he knows he can watch his show later at anytime. Why? Because some females are cool! ^_^

When I wake early morning I don't usually take a nap before noon, but when I do I'm shocked to wake up again and it's still not noon! smh

So since Cuffing Season is over and I'm now off of relationship hiatus.....these are questions I go over in my mind when thinking of the type of woman that will enhance my life since I don't need one to complete it.

I have a house full of belongings and the thought of hooking-up with someone who also has a home full of belongings is a matter of concern. There is very little I'm willing to sale, donate or place into long term storage.



So what type of woman will fit into that situation?

I'm fully retired with nothing but time on my hands to enjoy life. Some females are bothered by the idea of having to wake up and commute to a job they may or may not enjoy knowing their man gets to be home everyday doing whatever he wants.

I have long term health issues brought on due to my military career that is managed by the VA. However, I'm not always good at following self-care advice like taking meds daily.



So what type of woman will fit into that situation?

I live on a fixed income which is half as much as I use to make while on active duty, therefore, I may be able to cover my own living expenses and that of one other person, but many females around my age have kids that are still minors.

My religion is Paganism, I have a high sex drive that involves kink, I don't tolerate being rejected sexually, and I practice witchcraft.

I live a life of Serenity & Happiness and I don't tolerate Drama. However, we all know females bring about some level of drama being the emotional creatures they are. LOL!

I have a lot of hobbies that keeps me entertained and I love to travel and see new places and I accomplish all of this while staying within a budget.

While in a relationship, anything negative happening in that relationship, I feel should stay in that relationship. If the two of us can't work it out, than whatever challenges are being faced I feel should only be shared with a licensed Marriage Counselor or Religious Leader, not family and friends.

One religion says that a person can gain the whole world and lose their soul. Well what happens to one's soul is still a personal belief therefore, until Death reveals the truth I'll enjoy whatever blessings come my way in this world that SOTU created.

I don't even answer the phone when my Caller ID reflects a name I don't know, so why would they expect me to answer to a Caller ID of Unknown Name with the number of 000-000-0000?

So these are the decisions running through my mind...



- Treadmill or Bike for my workout?

- Cold Cereal, Microwave or Stove top cooking for lunch?

- Buck Wild Zombie movie on Netflix or Reading?



So many daily decisions I must make that sometimes I just go back to sleep and Dream Travel.

People always have that strong desire to tell a lie when they know there is no way someone can prove they're lying since no one was physically there when they did something that if known would cause negative consequences for them. However, KARMA sees ALL! ^_^

I'm not sure where the stigma of being single comes from, but I'd bet it started with the Christian Religion (LOL). All I have to say is when it comes to a love that is as close to perfect as it is going to get, Loving Yourself is it! I spoil and celebrate "ME" 24/7. If at some point someone sees the party going on and wants to join in, well they can try.

When searching Netflix, Hulu Plus or Crackle for online movies to watch, but first use YouTube to view the trailer. Am I the only one that does this? LOL!

The way I care for others is by not focusing on the way they choose to live their life, but by focusing on the way I choose to live mine. I stay focused inward. I know I have to always try to be a better 'Me' to be an example for anyone who chooses to see. I can't provide good sound advice unless my life's story reflects it. True, one can be a 'bad' example as far as what not to do, but one must also reflect how to get back up every time one falls or how to endure hardships or how to fight until claimed by death having never given up. I don't ask for others to believe as I believe, but if what I believe works for me they will no doubt be able to see it in my life.



I believe that The Spirit Of The Universe, the giver, sustainer, and terminator of life created lesser life forms for the purpose of Feeling, Experiencing, Acting and Recording (F.E.A.R.). How else would beings with vast knowledge learn what it is and how to both endure and over come it? I believe each Spirit has knowledge of the Universe that we can't remember in our human form, but once released from our human existence, we would have added to our own personal knowledge something that each Spirit had to learn for itself.



Each Spirit is a part of The Spirit Of The Universe. We are all One, yet Many!



Everyday humans walk around with some level of FEAR. Fear of dying, fear of being alone, fear of not being loved, fear of what other people think, fear of losing what one has, fear of pain, fear of...well, fear. This is because humans are like walking receivers that collect data and react to almost everything. Humans don't exist without our flesh touching something, our eyes seeing something, nose smelling something, ears hearing something or our tongue tasting something. Some of us even have the ability to sense something, but every human has one thing in common....Fear! Although many fears are learned and many during infancy, the capacity to fear is just part of human nature. Humans not only fear other humans, but humans also fear for other humans.



Our spirit is wrapped in flesh that is made up of trillions of cells. Cells of the nervous system, called nerve cells or neurons, are specialized to carry "messages" through an electrochemical process. The human brain has approximately 100 billion neurons. The nervous system, in addition to operating the body's essential functions, allows us to perceive, comprehend, and respond to the world around us.



Just as our universe is too big not to have other living species exists, humans have too many neurons helping us experience life for no purpose beyond just human existence.

Since I don't know my future, I often think about my past. The choices I've made. The personalities I've encountered. The events I've witnessed. My accomplishments as well as those challenges I lacked the ability or desire to conquer. I think about the good times and the hard times, the blessings and misfortune and...and...well....I Smile! ^_^

As a homeowner, there are always some type of repair that is required from time to time. I mean things are made to one day break, fail or get damaged or destroyed. Today it's a sprinkler head and the flag pole that held my USMC flag that flew over my garage door. Not too bad. So Lowes...I Choose You!

Sometimes I wake up and in my mind go over all of my hobbies and wonder which ones I'll partake in that day and then decide to turn over and sleep on it for awhile. ^_^

I'm one of those guys that believe that a single man and a single woman can only be "just friends" if certain situations exist such as they don't live near each other or hang out with each other much or they are only into their same sex or when one or the other made the attempt to get out of the Friend Zone they were gently escorted back in there, but still saw a benefit in remaining friends with the other person. One benefit of being friends with the opposite sex is they bring with them not only years of their gender's perspective, but those of others of their same gender as well. Another benefit is their Friend Zone. I mean it contains friends of their same sex which can be a win for you.

That moment when you choose what looks to be an awesome movie on Netflix and it's in a foreign language.

I use to shave my head at times. And I usually wore my hair short. (It's chin length now...long for me)!

So there was this video this woman made telling other women not to argue against men who feel it's ok to be in a relationship with someone of a different race and then she proceeded to make the case that those men are (pick a derogatory word) for thinking that way since it has only been a short time that a relationship such as that was even allowed and then she proceeded to bring up the history of how those that came before us treated each other and the animosity and bitterness that created within the minority race towards each other. I couldn't listen to her opinion any longer. I had to unfollow her page.



First of all, if a person is hating on a relationship because of the color of someone's skin....They have issues.



Secondly, if a person is hating on a relationship because of what people in the pass did to each other....They have issues.



Thirdly, I feel people forget that human interaction didn't start in this country and I doubt the mixing of the races started in this country so get the fuck over it.

People have the right or should have the right to love whomever they so choose to. Someone else's bias and hateful opinion of it should NEVER matter because their feelings and opinions are coming from a source of learned behavior, jealousy, pain and fear that only they can release themselves from it.



What's so funny is that it is these same individuals who claim to have achieved some level of enlightenment. Seriously?



If people are choosing life mates out of some loyalty to their race, then maybe they should try being loyal to the HUMAN race and stop forcing their heart to discriminate against the possible affections of another and drastically decreasing the number of people to choose from because one might just find themselves in a location where it's only them and one other like them and that other is with someone of another race happy and living very well while they're living with their hate.

As long as there is a part of you that is human, you will feel pain at some point. However, after enough exposure to pain at some point one will find that they have built up their endurance to withstand it. Even the worse kinds. Both Physically and Emotionally. If it doesn't kill you or you kill yourself, you will become stronger. You will be a Survivor, but you will be different. Just Never Give Up On Yourself!

Everyday is made just to continue to tell my life's story. As a supporting character or just part of the audience you have to love the flash backs and plot twists. ^_^

What's funny is how they shout from the top of their voice that they are covered by the blood of their Deity, yet the sight of real blood brings about symptoms of nausea. And what's with all the talk of blood and sacrifice anyway? Sounds like the Old Religion known as Pagan Ways to me. ijs
