So I checked my Calendar Journal and yup, went 9 Days straight with the Sauna Sesht Treatment/Gym events before my body said, STOP!
So I took 2 days off, even though I did at least 1, ok, maybe 2 SSTs. Fine, I did a Partial workout on the 3rd day (yesterday), but I felt a lot better today and did a full workout.
Hell, I took a piss BEFORE working out and was at 225 lbs.
Fighting Chronic Fatigue from lung illness and then daily Gym/Sauna events result in the desire for more Endorphins so when my body can't Gym that day, Depression over being ill in the first place creeps in beyond what Cannabis can handle and I EAT unhealthily shit because it's inexpensive convenient, delicious and makes me FEEL Happy!
Well, I feel better today after forcing myself to workout last night after recording my Friday content.
So time to come from out of the corner and get back into the FIGHT!
I was so close to 221 lbs this morning which honestly shocked the fuck out of me because yesterday, with the exception of 1 Suana Sesh Treatment, I took the day off from Gym work.
I even remember eating not 1, but 2 Krispy Kreme Donuts.
But I did eat 3 green mangos resulting in at least 4 bowel purging events.
Some may call it a cheat day, but I Don't Cheat.
I just do whatever the fuck I want to do.
As long as it's Legal and Physically hurting no one,

I'm so happy to begin shopping again now that it's just me.
I also purchased a new Medicating Device to be featured in a short video on Monday as I celebrate 8 years as a Pagan and founder of my very own Spiritual Path which has been working out better than well for me.
So I completed my floor and free weights portion of the Gym time, and 2 Sauna Sesh Treatments (although shorting the second one by 20 minutes).
However, during SST#2, the heat really got to me and I started feeling these minor pains on the wrong side of my chest so since I listen to my body, I decided to forgo the 30-minute 4+ miles on the Elliptical machine, forgo SST#3, took a shower and went to sleep.
I woke around 9 pm. So I let Bandit out for poop/pee time and then placed him in his area for feeding.
I completed my kitchen chores, but had no desire to eat meal #2 so I just cut up a green mango, added vinegar, salt and black pepper, and now going to watch some YouTube/WeedTube videos while I snack.
Then I'll edit my Thursday video that I should have done yesterday, but you know, I do whatever I want when I want. Hell, I may even wait until tomorrow to edit it since I'm taking that day off to ensure my body has time to recover.
My daily routine is challenging, but challenges and I aren't strangers. LOL!
Six tent sites were created last year as an attempt to move people out of indoor shelters when the pandemic hit. Residents are given 24 hour security, bathrooms, maintenance and three meals each day.
According to publication SFist, the cost of the program was thought to be covered by FEMA, but that apparently is not the case. The cost of the program will instead be covered by the $300 million dollar yearly budget set forth to address the homeless crisis.
A report has revealed that it costs San Francisco $5,000 per tent every month to house homeless people in parking lots across the city. That amounts to around $61,000 per year for each tent, a sum that is more than two and a half times the average price of a one bedroom apartment there, according to the San Francisco chronicle.
The eye-popping figures were revealed at a recent city budget committee meeting by Abigail Stewart-Kahn who is the interim director of the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. The program titled "Safe sleeping villages" has cost taxpayers sixteen point one million dollars since its inception at the beginning of the pandemic, according to the Chronicle.

PROGRAM PURPOSE: To Bless Others
PROGRAM DESIGN: As the Gothic Warlock Lord Minister and Coven Master of The Coven Of MOGYOLOGY, EACH MONTH, I will be Randomly selecting a Member of The Coven Of MOGYOLOGY and 'Gifting' that member between $25-$50 USD.
A Random Member will be chosen using a Bingo Spin Wheel. Each Coven Member's name will be assigned to a Bingo Ball and placed in the Spin Wheel for the chance to be 'Gifted' for that month.
The cash amount to be 'Gifted' between $25-$50 USD will also be chosen by Bingo Spin Wheel method.
Any Sire is welcomed to Join and then Leave The Coven Of MOGYOLOGY each month after the chance of being 'Gifted'. You are also welcome to stay.
The drawing will be video recorded and posted to my journal the 1st day of each month.
