I know I haven't been spreading the Awesomeness lately. I've been busy working on Home Projects.

Security Cameras all installed and operational.
I even installed the piece of carpet at the bottom of the stairs when the Drying Company had to run hoses underneath to dry up the water from when my Water Heater burst.
Damn! That Sativa strain really does give you energy.
Back in chill mode until I'm ready to proceed with my next project which is installing my Backup Camera on the Hummer.

Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I swear I never knew that those were marijuana plants in the Grandma Greeting scene in the movie 'Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood'.
I now also understand what Tove Lo meant when she said "Spend my days locked in a haze", in her song 'Habits'.
My mind feels as though it is expanding like the universe dilating and orgasming at the same time.
For all the females who chose not to swallow and instead pushed a little human through a small opening or had one ripped out through their belly and all other categories that bestowed the title 'Mother' unto yourselves.....Happy Mother's Day!!!
Some people say the struggle is real because they can't afford the things they Want, but only what they Need. They can't afford the expense they generated and benefited from. They can't afford to buy the wants of the child they had by choice or circumstances.
Try living life without a limb, functioning organs, all 5 senses, a roof over your head, clean water, food, clothes, freedom, or family and friends that are willing to help support you. Try being the person that don't know what a day is without feeling pain. Try being the person going through life with a mental illness.
If the only struggle you have is not being able to afford the next new thing......Consider yourself blessed.
I fought back the tears as I entered her room.
She was barely able to open her eyes to look at me, but when she did, she smiled.
I almost broke because it is her smile that I live for.
I set by her bedside and held her hand.
The Doctor said she could go at any moment.
We often set together not having to say any words. It was as though we knew each other's thoughts.
My heart was breaking. I can hear her screaming, "I Don't Want To Go. I Don't Want To Leave You."
The heart beat monitor slowed, she opened her eyes, looked into my eyes, smiled and squeezed my hand.
Then she was gone.
My world came crashing in. I yelled, "Don't You Leave Me Right Now. Stay With Me Just A Couple Minutes More."
I leaned over and kissed her lips. I whispered into her ear saying, "Take whatever's left of me. You can't go without your heart. It will remain yours always and forever. Let it comfort you as you walk through the doors and into the shadows of the unknown."
I think of her daily not wanting to let go. Not wanting to move on.
I can't love anyone else because I have nothing left to give.

Now I mean no disrespect, but tomorrow is Mother's Day.
Can we please RESPECT that?!
I'm all Heterosexual Male. That means, yes, I have a Penis. Therefore, since I have a child, that makes me a "Father".
Don't wish me a Happy Mother's Day disrespecting both me as a male and female parents who this day has been established to honor.
It has NOTHING to do with who can be the better parent by right of their gender. Lets stop the madness. If your child is missing a Mother or Father in their life and that person isn't deceased, PICK BETTER SEX PARTNERS!!!
There is no such thing as a single Male or single Female Parent having to be both a Mother & a Father to their child. That's ignorant.
Unless a single parent is a Hermaphrodite, they are either a Mother or a Father and that Single Person is being a "Parent". It's as simple as that.
So May 1st started with a blown out tire. From the time
I called GEICO to Roadside Assistance showing up, it took just 45 minutes. No too bad.
I exited the freeway and went to a Tire Shop, they said my tire size would be a special order. So no luck there. In fact, I got the same thing from every tire shop I checked with.
I chanced it and drove to Loma Linda, CA without a spare tire.
Went to the Loma Linda Vet Hospital for an Ultrasound, but forgot to have fasted for 8 hours prior so decided to return the following day.
Went to my Mom's and called around to see who had my tire size in stock. American Tire did so once I found out that they didn't close until 6 pm, I decided to take a nap until 3 pm.
Woke and got direction to American Tire. Not being familiar with the area, I got a little lost. While turning around in this one area of town, this guy comes running full speed across the street towards me waving his hands as though to flag me down. I left the area pretty quick. I did not know this guy's intentions. I'm no one's mark!
Ended up calling my Mom and she helped me find the place. Discovered that I had another tire that was showing wear, but I didn't want to pay for two new tires so I had them to sell me one new tire and replace the tire that was wearing down with the new one and place the old one inside my vehicle.
I left the tire place and got lost trying to find the way back to my Mom's place. I was so busy sightseeing that I drove about 30 minutes out of the way before I located the interstate and knew my way back from there. Yes, I did try calling my Mom, but I kept losing my phone signal as I drove through the mountains. I was just about to use the directional app on my phone when I got a signal, but noticed I was now by the interstate.
Returned to my Mom's place and had dinner. Then their neighbor came over with food he had made and wanted to share. It was delicious. Tacos & Bacon wrapped shrimp. As he stayed to chat, things took a turn for the crazy! This guy had us cracking up. Then we all went outside for a sash.
I later showered and went to bed. I got up early, spent some time with Mom and then left to head back to the VA Hospital.
After over an hour's wait, since they were so booked, I finally got seen. Even though I was the only one left in the waiting area, people in another waiting area still had to be seen before me.
I claimed my mileage and headed back home.
An unexpected expense, some sightseeing, some good food, some family and friend socializing, a kept medical appointment and grocery shopping and that concluded my Road Trip.
