So yeah, even though my military career left me with health issues from the war, maintaining a healthy weight is my struggle and life goal since I can no longer workout with the intensity required to do so.
I think I have established a safe and healthy way of continuing to live a MOGYOLOGY Lifestyle.
So one of my Gifts to myself today on my 50th Birthday is............. PROGRESS!!!:
- 60 minutes Sauna Treatments 3x Per Day
- Plenty of Flavored and Unflavored Water
- Fruit with EVERY meal
- Portion control without denying myself from eating anything I enjoy
- Consuming Meat, but only with 2 meals
- Reduced red meat
- Reduced sugar consumption.
- No Can Food
That is awesome dude....I finally got my triglycerides down to an acceptable lvl by cutting back on the fried food I eat. That and I'm taking Vitamin E which sheds fat out of your system.
Thanks, Brother! The walk was NOT without drama. I had my garage door opener in the same pocket as my cell phone and somehow the garage door opener fell out of my pocket during some portion of the walk. I didn't notice it until I was 15 minutes out from returning home. Almost backed tracked, but decided against it and went home. Got into my vehicle and drove around and found it close to the spot where I first noticed it was missing. Had I just retraced a few steps, I wouldn't have spent about a half an hour driving around looking for it. I thought I had dropped it near the turnaround point, but nope! All ended well though.

A Random Member will be chosen using a Bingo Spin Wheel. Each Coven Member's name will be assigned to a Bingo Ball and placed in the Spin Wheel for the chance to be 'Gifted' for that month.
The cash amount to be 'Gifted' between $25-$50 USD will also be chosen by Bingo Spin Wheel method.
Any Sire is welcomed to Join and then Leave The Coven Of MOGYOLOGY each month at the chance of being 'Gifted'. You are also welcome to stay.
