It's in the 60s in my house, but a small space heater is keeping me warm and cozy. No need to turn on the central heat yet.
I left my cozy bed where I sleep completely naked. I don't like wearing clothes to bed.
And yeah, it was a bit cool indeed.
So I started off my Morning, as usual, with a little 60-minute Wake and Bake in my Sauna. No, I don't medicated for the entire 60-minutes.
Then I followed that with a long hot shower. Silence...Heat...Steam....Serenity.
Now I'm sitting up in bed planning out my day as my warm skin slowly cools off.
Blogging about how wonderful my life has become doesn't mean I don't care about those who are in #TheStruggle...We all have struggles in our own ways, but it's true, I don't have the same struggles as some because I overcame them and being grateful and content with what the Universe has blessed me with is what I will always be and I love Blogging and Vlogging.
How did I spend my last day at the age of 51 years old?
Well,
- Skyped with family
- Chatted with a Brother from another Mother and Father and former Marine Corps Roomie who is now an Underwater Photographer who gave me tips on improving my recording audio.
- Updated my Budget
- Spent time with my friend, Spayduh. A planned 15-minute social call turned into 2.5 hours of just vibing and chatting about Occult stuff and Spiritual beliefs at her Space of Zen. My first time ever visiting her place. It's pretty cool and Witchy!
- Purchased B-Day Gifts for myself.
- Purchased a B-Day Oreo Cookies and Creak Ice Cream Cake
- And get this...I'm now in the 230s lbs.

In other news......
Yet another room cleaned in the Lair.
The Lair consists of the following:
- 5 BDRMs (2 of which were converted into another type of room)
- 3 Bathrooms (1 inside the Royal Chambers)
- 1 Gym (former Loft Area)
- 1 Museum Area (former Loft Area)
- 1 Game Room (former living room)
- 1 Great Room (former family room)
- 1 Kitchen
- 1 Office
- 1 Laundry Room
Total: 15 (Rooms/Areas)
Since my family's departure last month, I've cleaned 11 rooms/areas.
4 more rooms/areas to go.
Home Chores also contributes to my Weight Management Goals.
And when I really want to feel a sense of accomplishment, I modify my Chores List.
@LilimxGuard, thanks, it's true about the one day at a time.
However, I don't diet.
I just practice Portion Control, I Sauna (maybe a bit too much...lol), Light Exercise, Home Chores, Hobbies, and the most important thing....ZERO NEGATIVE STRESS! ZERO DRAMA!
Ok, so back on a downward trend of losing weight since I have no more Stressors and Triggers that had to be managed by consuming more food than my body required just to artificially manufacture Happiness.
At 242 lbs, I can't wait to see the 230s and 220s, and hell, I got as low as 214 lbs back in April of 2019, but then Life happens, and being a Parent comes with having to make some sacrifices for your adult children and Grands.
I published my weekly WeedTube video yesterday, but felt the side-effects of my 2nd Sauna Sesh a bit too much and was like "Fuck It", I'll get to the Mon and Tue YouTube videos when I decide to. Eh!

Yup, it's been 16 months, but my Home Office has been cleaned and organized once more.
Spending time in there was a huge distraction for my Grandkids who were not allowed to go in there so stuff their parents feared they would break around the Gothic Lair got stored in there and dust slowly took over, but all is well now.
I do have to invest in more Cannabis Art to hang up since I moved everything upstairs as I didn't record in there during their stay.
Think about it, many of the Poor and Disenfranchised is used to the Struggle, but noticed since the Pandemic many of those that used to Rage at Social Programs that help to feed and house fellow citizens who are in the Struggle.....are VERY quiet right now.
Maybe they are too busy asking for food and housing.

Today is our Remembrance day here in Canada and I would like to say Mogy thank you for your service. You may not be dead but here we celebrate those ones as well that did come home. So a Canadian thank you for your service.
Two major annual remembrance ceremonies take place at Arlington National Cemetery's Memorial Amphitheater, on Memorial Day (last Monday of May) AND Veterans Day (November 11).

When it comes to this Election, much like the entire 4 years of this current Administration's and some Politicians' and Judges' who support this Administration's activities, it has been one huge Comedy Sitcom.
What's really concerning is how many people support this Administration.
Sadly, it HAS to be this way.
There can be no "Positive" without "Negative" and Humans change sides often.

The bottom line....The Negative Vibes are Reduced or Disappear All Together from my Life.
This includes Negative posts keeping in mind that's MY Reality and they have something going on TOTALLY different than the Positive Side.
But what they will, with much pain and resistance, have to accept at some point is we NEED each other and must RESPECT each other.
That's reality.
So due be cautious of them, but also, to win some over to a more 'Positive Reality', simply show them, well, I know, it may leave a bitter taste with some of you, but...well, well,
I mean, some of them have been taught to be Negative towards ANYONE that doesn't look or sound like them since BIRTH. It's VERY difficult for some to overcome such DEEP Programming that many pass to the Next Generation and on and on.
