I believe that Men and Women should be treated equally and any Submissiveness should be among consenting adults.
I am looking forward to having our First Female President and I hope she is able to convince Congress to make laws that will improve how females are treated in our society. Religion has it all fucked up!

So I had a dream and by dream I mean traveled to an alternate reality where I met and developed an intimate relationship with a young lady who in this reality is a porn star, but not in the alternate reality. Her name is Veronica Rodriguez.
So I walk into this Deli Shop and behind the counter is Veronica who sees me, smiles and engages in conversation with me. Well of course my humor is sarcastic and full of sexual innuendos and with surprise so was hers. She gave as much as I dished out. It was an instant attraction. She said she was into older men. I met her Mom who was about my age and just knew I was going to catch drama for the age difference, but her Mom tells me that her daughter is lucky she got to me first. LOL!
So as our relationship matured, she wanted to move in with me and I said ok, but she needs to keep her Deli Job because my Pension (even in that alternate reality) wouldn't support 2 people to the point of us being able to travel or eat out much. I do well alone, but it would be tight together.
My next dream was me having Super Powers and being able to fly and blah, blah, blah...That's a reoccurring dream. However, I still love them.

One may go through all 5 stages of grief (Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression & Acceptance), but some stages may seem to last longer than others and sometimes one may seem as if they are going in reverse only to go forward again.
If someone leaves to be with another, there may be a thought that the other person is in someway 'better'. Well maybe the other person is simply better for the person who left. The other person may have something needed, be someone needed, have the type of personality need, or lack the knowledge that the person who left is happy the other person doesn't know yet.
This in no way means they are superior or better, just better for the person who left. It doesn't mean one is not 'good enough'. Whatever that other person posses may not be needed or wanted or it could be temporary or all an illusion just to convince the other person to leave to be with them.
Do you really want the type of person in your life that has no loyalty?
That very well may be true. Someone else could be better suited for the one that has left another. Hey, it happens.
However, the one left should not dwell long on that person. If the one left gave it their all and still came up short, then giving their all is what they should be proud of.

I do not think I have "Super Woman" syndrome. LMFAO!!! Most relationships go through snags. That shit goes both ways!!! Especially long term ones. Sometimes people spending a short time apart reconciles that. Not all females, or males want to change anything about their significant other. You cannot see eye to eye about everything. It is what makes you unique. That is jr. high bullshit in my opinion.

Learn to read the lyrics and interpret what's really being said.

Interpretation: She has multiple personalities. Get to know them all.

Interpretation: She has a controlling personality.

What really makes me smh is that VR is a resource site on the internet allowing you to come here to research and find out stuff on a favorite topic if that favorite topic just so happens to be 'Vampires'.
Of course it's also a social site so you can meet others who you may find you have things in common or feel free to do some blogging as a hobby among other cool features.
So it's beyond me why some people act as though visiting the site is so draining. They "have" to deal with so much. They "have" to read, reply or react to everything. So much so that they either have to take a break away from it or leave the site all together. As if the site has some type of mystical hold on them and it takes up so much of their life because it's so addictive they just have to log in EVERY DAY or they are not living.
They live through their avatar or which ever character or characters they've created in cyber space.
When it gets that bad, try unplugging and going outside and breath some fresh air.

When you have to urinate and the closer you get to the toilet the harder it gets to hold it in so you end up having to grab yourself to keep from wetting yourself.
Well I discovered a trick for that....Walk backwards towards the bathroom.
I'm thinking this fucking fly has the ability to cloak itself. It followed me into the guest bathroom and I closed it up in there while I got a fly swatter.
I went in there and took a few swings at it. On my last swing when I thought I hit it in mid air, the swatter flew off the mettle wire. Then the fly just vanished. I can't find it anywhere in the bathroom. It's not dead on the floor or waiting somewhere hiding. It's not on the fly swatter. Could it be a new breed of fly where it's like a chameleon and can blend in with its surrounding?
That moment your budget shows you're doing well and then you find something that needs repaired or replaced around your home that will wipe most of your savings progress away..... smh....Well played life....Well played.
I just felt a surge of happiness to be able to wash my laundry later this evening when power rates decrease.
I was thinking what a blessing it is to have a washer and dryer in my home and they both work very well.
I remember the days growing up having to go to the laundromat and my Mother not having enough money to fully dry the clothes so they were taken back home a little damp.
I remember when we finally got a washer and dryer in the house and how one would be working and the other one broken and there wasn't enough money to fix it.
I remember living in apartments as an adult where some had community laundromats on the property so that meant walking or driving back and forth or staying with your clothes to ensure no one removed them and placed theirs in on your money.
Some say be thankful for the struggles of your past because they made you stronger. I'm always grateful for where I am now as a result of the struggles I had to endure in the past.
One more thing I had to repair. Had to push the little plastic stopper into the garbage disposal. I was wondering why the water was coming out of the air gap....LOL! Thanks YouTube!
Never would have made it on my own without youtube. Father kept me ignorant so he could keep me under his thumb at home. Too bad for him I was too smart to stay that way. Youtube has everything!

It's been 14 years and I've never had to re-light my gas hot water heater. Talk about being concerned.
I thought it odd my water wasn't hot so I check it and it was out.
It's lit again and working just fine. One of the metal lips on the outer door rusted off and it was half open allowing air to blow out the flame I suppose. Had to prop the metal door up with a paver for now.
