So this Gothic Coat was delivered 1 day pass the long estimated delivery timeframe, with a black instead of the maroon color collar and the seller never did reply to 2 of my messages so rated this person's transaction as "Neutral", but keeping the coat though. It's still Bad Ass! LOL!
I don’t buy stuff from China. I’ve lost money on 2 separate transactions because I’ve never received my item. And they didn’t respond to continuous (well really like 3) emails.
They’re over there in China like “dvtjnfjngybnngydy!!”. Translation “We got your money!!”
Well, this came from Pakistan. That was a first. I've had a few issues with shipments from China, but ALL got resolved by eBay or PayPal who will open a case and if the merchant is found to be in the wrong, they will fully reimburse the buyer if the merchant doesn't.

So, apparently, the business in Canada obtains their Goth Boots from Europe.
After they shipped me the wrong size, then said it was what I ordered, then discovered they were incorrect and did indeed ship me the wrong size and agreed to (1) Give me a full refund, (2) Pay for the return shipping of their boots to their store in Europe, and (3) Provide me with their eBay Europe link to purchase the correct size.
They did indeed refund me the full amount paid and then they also closed the case pending with eBay for the return tracking of the Boots as if I had already done so.
However, when I re-ordered the boots, I confirmed the item an size and the amount to be paid and clicked on the option to continue to the payment process, well instead of the next screen giving me options to make payment, it simply said Paid: Credit Card. What credit card? Whose credit card?
So now I'm confused as to what Credit Card was used? It doesn't say. I have yet to receive a receipt from PayPal of a new purchase and my personal credit card has not been charged so WTF?
I've asked both the business and eBay was the same PayPal Credit info automatically used for the new purchase or what?
No answer yet.
Well, I did go to my local post office and obtained the cost to ship the wrong size boots back to Europe. I then provided a snapshot of the receipt for the business to PayPal me that amount to ship their boots back.
No answer yet.
I'm confused on this one. Did the business automatically pay for the reorder and no longer care about having their boots returned?
Well, I suppose I'll find out later.
As of right now, eBay shows the correct size boots having been ordered and paid for and due for delivery in a few weeks, but no transactions have posted on my end yet charging ME.
First Update:
Seller: The cost at $85.05 (USD) makes it prohibitive to return to the UK as this constitutes 40% of the original value of the boots. The better option would be to hold the boots in the US until we make a sale. Would you be prepared to assist? We sell this boot quite regularly in the US and we are confident it will be sold in the next 3-4 weeks. We will pay for the cost to ship to the customer in the US.
So I purchase a pair of Boots from Canada that advertised they were selling US Mens Size (10).
However, their size chart doesn't reflect a US Mens Size (10), it reflects 10.5. Which I can wear. So I order them.
First, they contact me and tell me that a notice from their carrier said I rejected the delivery.
Seriously? Why would I do that when I paid for them and have been waiting for them.
So then I tell them according to the tracking number provided, they hadn't even been shipped yet.
So I am told that they use a company that ships from Canada to New York and then turn the item over to the United States Postal Service for further shipment, but had been having trouble with their carrier reporting bogus information.
So they said they will ensure they are shipped and delivered by Wednesday, 10/10.
Then they reported even better news, they will arrive on Monday, 10/8.
So they arrive and I can't even get my foot in the boot. The size on the box says 43. Turns out it was EU 43 which is a US Mens Size 9. Too Small!
Here is how this played out with the seller:
Me: I purchased a US Shoe Size (Men's): 10. You shipped a Euro Size 43 which is a US Men's Size 9. I can't wear a size 9. They are too small. I can't even get my foot in them. I need return instructions with shipping label paying for the cost and if you don't have the US Men's size 10, as advertised (10.5 according to the chart) which is Euro size "44", I'd just like a full refund. Thank you.
Seller: A Euro 43 is a UK 9 or a US10. You place an order in a US 10 and we shipped accordingly. Please refer to European sizing chart and it will confirm this. Regards.

Seller: Further to our email sent to you a few minutes ago, we are prepared to assist in having the item sent back to us and we can send you a replacement in EU 44. We will send you an email tomorrow if we can have it collected by courier otherwise we will have to ask you ship the boots and we will pay for the cost. Thank you, Regards.
Me: I agree to have you send me an email tomorrow to have the boots collected by a courier whom I assume will take care of returning the boots to you for the EU 44 boots to be sent to me. I'll be home all day so the courier needs only to knock or ring the doorbell. Please take another look at your Sizing Chart. I've noted the size that should have been shipped to me. You advertised US Men Size 10, but the chart you listed skips 10 and reflects 10 1/2. Definitely not an EU 43. Thank you.
At least they shipped the boots in a box and not a bag like Japan, Brother. Hehe Yeah. shipping from Canada to US can be tricky and costly. Also, we use both imperial and metric weight systems. Keep that in mind when order from Canada. I always thought America should switch to metric like the rest of the world. And like all Canadians, they were nice, right?

So then yesterday, the hat arrives.....I shit you not...In a bag! A fucking BAG!!!! Below is the results of that smart idea.
So here is how this played out with the seller:

Maybe it didn't happen because as some have claimed it's not actually 2018 and the year 2000 will actually happen in what we think is 2033. Then there is the theory the dark ages weren't measured correctly so we are actually in the 1800's or something like that. haha
