I really do suck at the waiting game. I want everything to be instantaneous, and life just doesn't work that way. I wish I could shape reality in my own image. Things would be a lot easier.

I got the profile set up. It's not great, I'll probably end up rewriting it later. But for now, it'll do. I'm just waiting on the Coven and the trade. Once that happens it's bye bye Songbird, hello Virgil.

I have a wicked little idea. I found some stock that would just make this perfect.. I'm thinking of re visioning William-Adolphe Bouguereau's, Dante et Virgile au Enfers. It'll be perfect as my avatar for the new account.

If all goes according to plan, I may have to redo Songbird's profile. Completely overhaul it and give it a new theme. I may even change the name to something more fitting. :]

Well, I feel accomplished. The Crests went over really well. It's great to hear that I did right by bringing the concept to life like that. All I have to do now is add the Coven's name, which will be taken care of when I can get on the computer again. And, once it's all sent off I'll post the finished product for everyone to see.

So, I got the first few examples of Saetan's new Crest done and sent off for approval and all that fun stuff. I'm seriously iffy about the two versions I sent though. They just seem off to me. The center image looked so fantastic at it's original size, and when I scaled it down I think it lost some of that awesomeness it had. Eh.. well see what the verdict is, though.

The play was amazing. It was better than I remembered. The costumes, the music, the sets. It was all so magnificent.

So, I'm looking up stock images for Friesian horses. And, the more I sort through these images, the more I want a beautiful Friesian stallion. I've been in love with that breed since I was little, that and the Andalusian, there's just something about the dark color and the flowing main and tail and tufts on the hooves. They are one gorgeous breed of horse.

I don't know what to work on right now. I have some things to put together for Saetan, and I have something to work on for WallFlower. Both projects are interesting and promise to be fun to work on. I just don't know which to work on first. Decisions, decisions.



Meh, I think I'll start WallFlowers, since it's going to be on a somewhat larger scale then the stuff for Saetan. I'll get to Saetan's tonight before we leave for Beauty and the Beast.

I'm really looking forward to this one. Oh, the fun I'll have just creating the examples. Yay! :]

My mom just informed me that she got two tickets to go see Beauty and the Beast tomorrow night. Beauty and the Beast was the first real broadway show I ever saw, my parents took me when I was like eight (or it could have been nine, I don't really remember) as a birthday present at the Shubert Theatre, which has since been demolished.

So, it's awesome to be going back to see a show I've always loved. Beauty and the Beast has, and will always, be one of my most beloved stories, Disney and original. Second only to The Little Mermaid. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow night. :]

Wow. Some people on webcam are just stupid. I mean, really, really stupid. It's amazing how moronic one person can be.

I'm contemplating changing my name. I think it's about time I put this one to rest once and for all. I've been using it for over a decade, it's really time I let it go. I just can't think of anything I haven't already used that would be suitable for me.

I'm really worried about our cat, Mongo. Ever since we moved here, he's been having issues. Minerals building up in his bladder. The last time we dealt with this was on New Year's Day. We had to take him to en emergency vet clinic and he had to have a catheter put in.



We've done everything the vet told us to do. He doesn't get water from the tap anymore, it's always pure and filtered. He has his own special food that he's got to eat. We can't do anything else. And yet, he seems to be falling back into that pattern where he gets sick again. He won't drink and he won't go to the bathroom. We really don't have the money for more treatments.. if he gets sick again, we'll have no choice but to put him down. As much as I say I dislike him, he's a real character, and I don't want to see him get put to sleep.

I think I'm in love... With my new phone. Oh my goodness, it's seriously awesome. I've never had a smart phone before, and after having been stuck with that piece of shit they claimed was a phone for two freaking years, anything would just about blow my mind. I'm seriously contemplating buying a new hookah. I really miss mine. The only problem I'm having is, I want one exactly like the one I sold to my friend, where the base lights up and rotates between three colors. Not only did I love that fact that it lit up, I also really loved the size and convenience of it. It was small enough for just me, easy to put together and clean. I would go back to the place I bought my old one, but they've since closed down. And every other store that sells hookahs around here doesn't have one like mine. I mean, I could settle, they have the ones were the stems light up, but, it just isn't as fun.

I don't spend much time here anymore. And, it's actually been really nice. Forty minutes tops, throughout the entire day. As it probably should be. I just come on, check up on my Coven (like anything happens there..), check messages and answer any Acolyte questions. Then do the same for my other two accounts, then it's off to do more important things. I think this may become my new trend. I no longer feel the need to spend much time here anymore, I just don't really care enough.



In other news, I'll be getting my new phone in the mail tomorrow. I'm pretty excited about that one.

I am so sick of the nonsense end of the world posts I keep finding posted by friends on Facebook. All the bible passages and copy/pasted messages. Actually, the bible passages aren't bad, it's the stupidity that follows said passages that gets to me. I really think it's time to purge the friends list, I do not want some of these mindless morons in my life.



Come on people, the world isn't going to end anytime soon. Shit happens, it's horrible, but that's life. Stop being sheep and looking to doomsday prophecies and actually think for yourselves for a change.

*Nods* I hate those things. I just end up deleting them. Its as if the disasters aren't bad enough, but people all have to have the hue and cry "The sky is falling!" crap. I do agree that the misery caused by the natural disasters is awful, but making those kinds of messages to send out on facebook and other sites is not going to help it.

I was looking over my user menu, and I couldn't help feeling like there was something missing. Turns out it was my Acolyte status. Retaking the test every 90 days is both a great thing and somewhat of a hassle. I love that I have to retake it, it ensures that I'm always up to date with what I should know in regards to the site, but, sometimes I hate having to retake the test. I always freak that I'm gonna miss more than the maximum amount of questions I'm allowed. But, I passed with a 95, so I guess the worrying never really matters.

It's cute when people think their actions are justified because of the actions of others. And by "cute" I mean unbelievably pathetic and completely sad..





You're so vain, you probably think this entry's about you. FYI, so I don't "get it" it's not about VR or any of the nonsense going on here. There's this thing, it's called the real world, try looking into it. :]

I really do feel there's a huge difference in using some Coven's Crest in defiance and using someone's actual image to mock them.
