The Reaper is coming and time is at its end

I reach for the reaper because it's my friend

I welcome death like a long lost mate

Coming to me to seal my fate

Pulse slows down, breathing does too

Mind begins to wander, what about you.

The eyes grow heavy, the lights get dim.

My body feels cold like a dead tree limb.

A flash of light and sound to my ears

No more pain and no more tears

No more problems and not a single care

I feel at peace now, because the reaper was there.

I have been trying to write something for a long while to say how I feel about my own death when I was 4.. this is the closest feelings that I can draw out from it at the moment without going insane. .... thanks for reading.
