We tend to be more mean an hostile in times of stress. Especially if we're denying our body what it needs to stay balanced....

...I'm sure this isn't unfamiliar.

I think nature built that in to make us more aggressive hunters in times of hunger. Desperation, one way or another, leads to more aggressive and often irrational behavior.

It sucks, but even I am a human animal and prone to it....
