Love and Hate...

What is the difference between love and hate?

How can you answer such a vague and provocative question?

Well...perhaps, we should start by asking the proper question...but what is the proper question?

It is still vague subjects...let's clearify these two subjects...love...and hate...

What is love?

Well, love is...love is love...simple, right? Wrong! Love is seeing someone and feeling your stomach do backflips and you get so excited that you just want to burst...love is missing someone when they're only going to sleep, and you can't wait to wake up in the morning to hear them say "Good morning, darling"...love is seeing them ignore you, be it intentional or unintentional, and still not caring because they are laughing and smiling with someone else...love is more like a drug that makes you stronger AND weaker at the same time...it makes you stronger because when you have something to fight for, you can beat down any opponant...but it makes you weaker, because without those people, you have virtually no strength what so ever...

So, that is love in my analysis...but what is hate?

Hate is different from love...but not by much...hate is very much similar to love...hate is seeing someone and you get angry instantly without even a single hint of antagonization from them...you see their face or hear their name and you automatically want to kill them...hate is feeling like that person should just die...but just like love, hate is also a duality drug...when you have someone to hate, you are stronger, your anger makes you invincible and you can murder entire armies single handed...but without that person you hate, should they die, you are left without that rage and that disdain...and so...you become weak and fible...

So...what is the difference between love and hate?

There is no answer really...cause...to be honest, though the emotions are complete opposites...they have the same affects...

So...in short...love and hate are identical...to love is to hate, to hate is to love...cause you can't love one person without hating another...and vice versa...

So the next time someone asks you "What's the difference between love and hate?"...just look them in the eye and say:

"Absolutely nothing"

I have always felt that hate was the most intense and concentrated form of love. It is apathy that perplexes me.

Ignored...

To be ignored is worse than being abandoned...

You sit and wait for them...

But they only glance every now and then...

Just to see if you're still waiting...

It doesn't hurt if they're having fun...

After all it's what you want them to do...

But it still stings...

Like ice on flesh...

You can't hate them...

You can't even dislike them...

You just wait as long as you can before...

Before you realize that they are having more fun without you...

It's a simple pleasure...

To watch a loved one have fun...

To willingly sacrifice your time with them...

Just to watch them smile...

It's selfless in my opinion...

But perhaps I'm wrong...

If making others happy, makes you happy...

Then to do it is selfish...

So...

I openly say I am selfish...

Cause despite what I should be doing...

I back off to let them smile and laugh with others...

So is my duty as their Master...

So is my way...

And so shall it be...

Even if they don't remember it tomorrow...

Ignored.
