Never have I seen such beauty as the beauty of death. True death. the death of all light and noise. Where the darkness is not a bad thing. Or even a good thing, but a DIFFERENT thing altogether. Where the darkness is a new world to embrace. As if what you knew was but a dream. And you awoke to find yourself hugged and loved by this darkness. To be loved for what you are. Not for any reason but because you are what you are.

Snow falls like my hopes and dreams. Melting away like so many years of my life. White covers the trees like a blanket of forgiveness. Pure, a fresh start. A death of past sins and like a new canvas, ready to start anew and paint a different story. The sun sets and the moon shimmers off the crystaline shards like windows into another world. A clean world. A world destined to wash away. A doomed world. My eyes take in the beauty of the death of such innocence. Unwanting for anything or anyone. Just there. Just there existing for the moment. Dancing in the winds as if it knew it's time were short. Wasting not a moment to play and frolic in the night air. The wind picks up and another city of white approaches. A gathering of white, Celebrating their death. We are blinded by mortality and death. We see only the sadness and despair of "the end".
