I am lucky to have in my life a small handfull of amazing friends some of these i call my Brothers.. in dark times we are there no matter what. time may pass without talking but we will always be Brothers.

here is a poem I wrote a while ago abot the importance of true friendship/Family..

I also want to dedicate it to new friends I have made recently..

Hot and cold dark and light, I think I may I think I might, be myself or someone else.
Smile or cry or live or die, today I crept inside my mind.
In hope to search locate and find my happy place to change my face, from upside down to warm embrace.
But the dark denies my every try I know not how I know not why, but it holds the key to my joy and glee but it does not turn the lock for me.
In corners of my darkest mind there if you look you may just find, but don’t dismay if you don’t see within the dark a shape of me.
For in the dark my shadow looms absorbed in shade all consumed, by unhealthy thoughts rebound retort the happy me inside is caught.
But outside you see my sorrowed face avoid me leave me in this place, but friends don’t leave no one behind good friends are very hard to find.
But when one comes and lifts you up its not half empty but a half full cup, a simple void an understanding no intent and no demanding.
no one to say it’s not so bad just smile why do you look so sad, the friend will hold you when you need a shoulder to lean emotions to bleed.
But not with a false facsimiled love but true friendship that fits hand in glove, a friend like this is hard to find but you just keep one thing in mind.
They always come when not expected, your troubles and sorrows not rejected, they sit with you inside the shade inside your mind a true friend made.
No matter how far apart, when time has passed or broken heart, a true friend knows you are always there like they are for you with sorrows shared.
when one like that you get to know you know they know you know you know, that troubles are halved when carried by two, a true friend always there for you.
We live each day inside our mind beneath the doubt and endless grind emotional stress it’s hard to cope but with an olive branch there's always hope,
So don’t withdraw neglect self exclude because your thoughts are so imbued with painful things that make you think and drop your life desires sink.
So remember these words I type this day, its true its ok to not be ok.......
