I have the same thing happen. More eye liner in the lashes than on the actual eyelid... And they when you blink, it goes halfway down your cheek under the eye and it's impossible to remove... bleagh.

I don't bother with eye liner any more. :P

I bought a M.A.C graphblack eyeliner ... the crayon type to replace my liquid liner ... but ... I dont know ... it just doesn't have the same intensity :(



I love the eyeliner too much ... rather go racoon eyes then be eyeliner-less lol ....

for the top eyelid i hold my lashes down with index finger n stretch eyelid across with my thumb, its more tricky on other eye if ur left/right handed bit it works n bottom lashes... its hard :(
