Even in Economics, and Political and Legal Studies at school, mentioning the NWO was taboo.

It is a shame that a lot of people just walk blindly to this fate, unknowing and uncaring.

The protest against the School of the Americas

School of the Americas Watch

My Vigil:

On Monday, January 26, 2009, six human rights advocates will begin federal trials for carrying the protest against the School of the Americas (SOA/WHINSEC) onto the Fort Benning military base in Georgia. Each person faces up to six months in prison and a $5,000 fine for this act of nonviolent civil disobedience.

The 6 were among the thousands who gathered on November 22-23 outside the gates of Fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia to demand a change in U.S.-Latin America foreign policy and the closure of the SOA/WHINSEC. The group peacefully crossed onto Ft. Benning, site of the school, at the culmination of a symbolic funeral procession in memory of those killed by graduates of the institution.

The "SOA 6" are:

Father Luis Barrios, 56, from North Bergen, New Jersey

Theresa Cusimano, 40 Denver, Colorado

Kristin Holm, from Chicago, Illinois

Sr. Diane Pinchot, OSU, 63, from Cleveland, Ohio

Al Simmons, 64, from Richmond, Virginia

Louis Wolf, 68, from Washington, DC

Foot Note: Back in November 1999 23 SOA Watch activists were charged for their participation in the November 1999 vigil to close the SOA. The charges against 13 were later dropped, while 10 people were sentenced to 3 – 12 months in federal prison in March 2000.

It just so happens I was hanging out doing dead time when they shipped this fella in:

*Charles Butler, 73, retired United Methodist pastor, missionary in Panama for 25 years, Army veteran stationed at Ft. Benning, married, 3 children, Rochester, MN

3 months, $2500 fine....

Man we are one sic country in the long run, read the lists of those who have been felonized and disenfranchised... Amazing.
