We all need something to look forward to... I was so busy today I didn't use the bathroom from 8AM until 6PM...

That's how I feel after spending a day going toe-to-toe with a VP and corporate ops department of a multi-billion dollar international company just to make sure a few of their employees are being treated fairly and respectfully.

I stepped on toes.

I made some enemies.

People got what they earned, though. In my eyes, I did what I had to for the people I manage and what they expect of me.

I'll deal with the fallout when it happens.
