Google is amazing for finding the answers. All too often I discover it is not an original, and no credit is given to the original author...

If I EVER saw some one use my poetry like that... I would flip out.

All my work is original AND most of them (at least what I will put up here) is protected by the copyright law.



I would most certainly be more than sad or disappointed.... :|

One of my distributors is billing me for overnight shipping charges on an order that was placed on MY FedEx account.



Meaning, I'm paying FedEx directly for the shipping, the distributor is not charged anything by FedEx, yet they're trying to collect shipping charges from me that are almost DOUBLE of what FedEx actually billed.



AND their lovely off-shore customer service people can't figure this out and are refusing to refund the shipping...



....oh yay... on to Monday #4 of this week.

It it makes you feel any better. Back when I was in art school I knew this kid who was in about his last semester (or second to last?). Anyways, he got the blue screen of death and it wiped out his entire portfolio. He did not have a back up. Needless to say... graduation was difficult for him.
