Installed the new water heater. Gawd, I'm glad I know how to do these things.



I actually have guaranteed hot water everywhere in the house for the first time since moving in here.



So nice. :)

The 20-year old water heater finally died. The replacement is sitting in the basement awaiting installation.



Since I have owned this house, hot water has been spotty. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't. In the upstairs tub, it never got better than lukewarm.



I'm looking forward to taking a hot bath, surrounded by candles and scotch Wednesday night....

Patience.



Mine are running thin.



Time for something good to come through for me, isn't it?



She has been amazing through all of this. Even putting positive spins on the negative. We're growing closer all of the time.



Such an incredible change to be with someone so positive and uplifting; someone who stands by your side, even when things are a challenge.

Last night we were in bed together and she kept saying, "Harder! Deeper!"



So I read her French poetry.





Tomorrow we're going on a tour of vineyards in the Niagara Falls region. This should be fun. She'll get to meet some of my friends, and we'll get to spend a rare day together.



Sunday, another photoshoot.



I'm going to be burning up the SD cards again this weekend!

Model coming into town that wants to shoot with me next week. She asked, "Can we shoot a Suicide Girls type set?"



I wanted to ask, "So you want a set of photos of you without clothes on that ignore all sound technical quality and artistic aesthetics?"



I settled with, "Yes, I know just the place for such a set...."



I'll just make them stellar and blow her away...
