Not sure what the he'll I've done, but it's agony. I somehow injured the outside of my left foot when I was running yesterday. Any weight at all on it causes the pain to radiate out and up. I'm icing it, but I'm pissed. I've been really working on my running and I'm up to 2.5 miles five days a week. I've been so faithful. I don't want to go backward :(

Define "outside"; ankle? blade? surface? Is it nerve compression pain? A seized-up ligament sensation? Does it refer along or across the foot?

I'm going to get myself into trouble... suggesting any one of these as a risk factor would get me kicked on a good day... but are you eating the right mineral balance for a person of your gender/lifestage/dietary limitations?

Side of foot between heel and little toe. With weight, pain radiates to the top of foot from base of third toe back toward ankle, but not the ankle itself. The pain is less than half of the foot and definitely beginning on the side of the foot.

Yes, mom. I am very careful about nutrition. I'm pretty sure that I was wearing the wrong shoes. I have corrected that and am improving. Love you :)

Yeah, that's a strained muscle description, probably something that was clenched up too long compensating for everying lining up all wrong. Good call, bad shoes'll do it... and yeah, that one can suck. I'm already feeling you with your thumb rammed up between the toe-knuckles, trying to rotate the outer two independantly.

Forgive my parenting. I was struck by, and not entertained with, the possibility of you with bones the character of sponge toffee. Fragile wouldn't suit you. If we had to stop playing rough with you... well, that wouldn't be satisfying for anyone.

re·dun·dant   /rɪˈdʌndənt/ [ri-duhn-duhnt]

–adjective

1. characterized by verbosity or unnecessary repetition in expressing ideas

"In my opinion, I think..."

Lose one of these phrases. You have covered the same concept twice. If it's your opinion, I get that you think it.

Another helpful tip from your Auntie Jo

In my opinion, I think- mind you in my own opinion, I think you are totally awesome and would totally call you Auntie Jo cause of how much you rock.

;o)

Redundant, I believe I am. I repeat myself like a broken record caught in some kind of inner turmoil trying to catch up with myself.

I bet none of that made any sense, huh.

:P
