Well, its day 21 and as you can see, I have been eating A LOT. The program is not a diet. It is a program, that teaches you how to use food, to up your metabolism, to help your body burn fat. It isn't a quick process. I mean you have to considered, it took years, for me to put on the weight. It will take years for me to take it off.
Granted, I lost 5 lbs, but this program helps you figure out, your fat percentage and whatnot. The 5lbs that I lost, was total fat. So, here are my results. I didn't follow the program faithfully, but I'm encouraged with the progress that I feel, the energy I have and how I feel about myself.

****You might notice that I got two snacks at night. This is because we ate dinner so early, that you continue eating, every two hours, until an hour before bedtime.
Just so you know, LordV works 10 hour days, so I move dinner until 8, when we can eat together.
Also, throughout the day, I drink either water or Crystal Light lemonaide. Coffee and tea are free on this program

Wow this sounds too good to be true.......I am going to google it :) Congratulations.
I'm not posting to boast or anything ... my work days tend to get busy, but I'm usually in front of a computer. It's just easier for me to drop a quick journal than pull out a book diary and make the notations. (And this way, my partner can keep an eye on me throughout the day and make sure I'm sticking to things).
I also am not going to put this much faith into it. LadyC has already lost 8 pounds ... and that was from doing a 3 day detox prior to the 21 day program. I'll admit .. I tried it and I quit after about 9 hours. It (the detox) was just not working for me.
But this ... diet ... is one of the easier ones I've experienced. I'm not stepping on that scale until the 21 days is over.
You both have my wish for luck with the program and the hopes that everything works out well for you to have a little one running around. :) Let me know how the diet works. Never know maybe it is something that will work for others as well.
