I met a couple of awesome people last year at at a show in Indy. I FINALLY hooked up with them again tonight. I see a new lifelong friendship in the works as we have too much in common, on the level of being in the same places at the same time in Chi-town! and coming from "The Region" plus too many more coincidences! Great night!!!

I have dealt with lupus and a couple of other autoimmune diseases for over 20 years now. I have had a lot of up and downs. I have been on steroids every year at one point or another. This year has been my worst. I usually start off late October to late November. 5mg. This year I started in September and have stayed steady within 20-30mg.... ugh!!! In the past 2 weeks...*poof* instant weight gain. With the temps rising and falling I do not see any relief. I hope to be able to work this shit off soon! If the weather stabilizes and I feel well enough to do so...

I find it kind of ironic that I have slowly tried to delve my soul back into this site. Posting journals here and there and slight interaction. As of late, some of the other old timers are starting to emerge, slightly as well.... Hmmmm.. A new powerhouse Alliance....Coven?
