The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

A few paragraphs, not nearly enough to put into words as to who I am, merely a single star in the vast night sky of millions of stars. Even the irony in the fact that some of those stars have burned out with the last of their light still making its way towards us, just as some of a person's past is memory that is faded and never as clear as it once was so long ago when life felt simpler, when freedom was not just an illusion. As for who I am... I am a parent, a sibling, a child. I am a warrior with no cause to fight for, a scholar that continuously thirsts for more knowledge, a traveler who wants to go far beyond that which can be seen and a seeker that desires the sensations that has yet to experience.

Of course, there is also what I am that is beyond who I am. I am one that cannot step into the light of the sun, solar urticaria is the term. An allergy to the ultraviolet spectrum of light, what gives life and health to animals and plants of the world, is harmful to me. An issue that requires me to get vitamin D from other sources. There are a number of "medical conditions" that I possess that would have some assuming that I am a throwback from a creature of legend. Yet does this make me a monster, only time will tell for sure.
