ground beef, very lean, at least 80% (substitute with veggie or soy burger)

pie crusts.

thick beef gravy

salt and pepper

diced carrots

peas

jalapeno peppers

thick mashed potatoes

Shredded Jack Cheese.



Ok then! Cook the ground beef and drain the fats. Then, mix with the gravy until you have a very thick mixture. Dice the jalapenos, into very tiny pieces, then add to the mix, and blend until well mixed. Add the carrots and peas. Put in a baking dish on the pie crusts, top with the cheese and bake until hot. Then serve.





Vampire Hot Enchiladas! HOT AS HELL!



2 packages of Corn tortillas

3 pounds of shredded beef or chicken, or turkey, or ground beef(drained please)

1 pound os Mexican styled cheese

1 bottle of Brian's Extra Insanity Hot Sauce

5 large tomatoes

3 Large red, or yellow Onions diced finely

1 carton of cottage cheese

1 carton of Sour Cream.

1 can Mole sauce



Heat the Tortillas in hot oil until soft and dry with a kitchen towel. Have the meat already cooked in the mixture of Onions, tomatoes. Make one layer of Tortillas on the pan, then top with the cottage cheese in a thin manner then add the meat mixture and top with some of the cheese, thinly again. To each layer add 3 drops of Brian's Extra Insanity Hot Sauce. JUST 3! Make a top layer of the Tortillas cover with the cheese and Mole sauce,then 5-6 scattered drops of Brian's Extra Insanity Sauce. NO MORE! Then bake in a 400 degree oven until done, and let cool a bit.



Serve with drinks. COLD DRINKS!





MasterMel2's meatloaf:





1/3 lb, ground turkey

1/3 lb ground lean beef

1/3 lb ground pork

1/2 cup shredded potatoes

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup, shredded red or green Bell Peppers

1 cup of Seasoned Bread Crumbs



Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees. Mix all the meat potatoes, carrots, and bread crumbs, until you get it all into one solid loaf. Then, add this mixture on the top.



1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup bbq sauce

3 tablespoons of honey

2 minced garlic



Mix these in a bowl, then smooth oven the top of the meatloaf. Place the loaf in a cooking bag, and heat until done.
