If you choose to love an awakened woman, understand that you are entering into new, radical and challenging territory.

If you choose to love an awakened woman, you cannot stay asleep.

If you choose to love an awakened woman, every part of your Soul will be aroused, not just your sexual organs or even your heart.

Frankly, if you prefer a normal life, stick with a normal girl.

If you want a tame life, seek only a woman who has allowed herself to be tamed.

If you only want to dip your toe into the flowing waters of Shakti, stay with the safe, tamed woman who has not yet plunged into the wildness of the Sacred Feminine ocean.

It is comfortable to love a woman who has not yet activated her inner sacred powers because she does not push your buttons.

She will not challenge you.

She will not press you into becoming your highest Self.

She will not awaken the forgotten and numbed-out parts of your Spirit that urge you to remember that there is more to your Life here than this.

She will not look into your weary eyes and send a lightning bolt of Truth through your body, jolting you awake and stirring long-lost desires for Soul Love within you.

A safe, unawakened woman will be wonderfully satisfying and soothing to your ego, heart, and body. She will walk quietly beside you and make you feel needed, responsible like you are fulfilling your manly role.

If this is enough for you then accept it, love her with all your heart, remain faithful to her and thank her daily for the gift of her mild, unthreatening feminine presence in your life.

If this is not enough for you – if your heart, body, and spirit are only craving the ‘other kind of woman’, the Wild One – then know that you are on the cusp of Soul-Shifting transformation.

Know that you are making a serious choice with karmic consequences.

If you choose to step into the aura and body of a woman whose spiritual fires are blazing, you are accepting that you need a certain level of danger and risk in order to grow.

Once you begin to love a woman of this nature, you must accept total responsibility for the life-changes that will then ensue.

Your life will not be sleepily comfortable all the time. Your life will not allow you to stay stuck in old ruts and stagnant routines. Your life will take on a radically-new flavor and scent. You will be ignited by the presence of the Wild Feminine, and it will begin to send electric shock waves of spiritual Light through your entire chakra system, attuning you to the Call of the Divine.

Choosing to be sexually and romantically-intimate with an awakened woman takes masculine courage to walk fearlessly into the Unknown. But it will reap rewards beyond your mind’s comprehension.

She will take you into undiscovered worlds of mystery and magic.

She will lead you, mesmerized and half-drunk with love, into the wild forests of sensual ecstasy and wonder.

She will show you sacred skies so full and burning with stars that you will start to wonder if you are still living on the same planet that you were born on.

She will break and tear you open so that your fierce, passionate heart drives you half-mad with longing. You will want to consume and penetrate her on every level so that your Masculine Essence can consume and penetrate the world – illuminating the Universe with your devoted Love.

She will see you like you’ve never been seen before.

She will trust you.

She will appreciate you.

She will acknowledge your efforts to make her happy.

She will value everything good that you do, and everything good that you are.

She will not run from your darkness because your darkness does not scare her.

She will embrace, kiss, caress and love you back to Life. She will speak words that your Soul understands. She will not punish you for your mistakes.

It is a monumental risk to love an awakened woman because there is suddenly no place to hide. She sees everything, therefore she can love you with a depth and presence that your heart and body have yearned for so hard, so long, so fiercely…that you wonder whether you have actually been alive for all the time that she has been away.

Loving a woman like this is a choice you make to start living with your Soul on fire.
Your life will never be the same again once you’ve invited her energy in.

Take this risk on yourself, or step back, stay with the normal girl and accept a different, safer, more comfortable and somewhat calmer life.

Just make sure that if you choose the latter, you don’t spend the rest of your days with your eyes looking back over your shoulder, straining to see once again the hazy vision of Feminine Mystery that has now disappeared from view.

She has long gone..spiraling back up to the Stars, the distant Galaxies and the Heavens…from where She came.

How to Tell Your Neighbor's A Witch

How to Tell Your Neighbors A Witch

How many of the following does your neighbor exhibit?

Never puts garbage out on the curb...I mean, recycling and compost are fine, but you can take it too far!

You casually mention the moon's phase, and s/he replies with the exact number of days, hours, and minutes of rising, position on horizon, and current angle of declination.

All the stray cats in the neighborhood congregate in her/his garden.

A screech-owl has chosen the lamppost outside her/his house as it's favorite perch...just when it's getting warm outside at night and you want to sleep with your windows open.

Doesn't mow down the weeds in his/her garden and lawn...in fact, it sort of looks like s/he's cultivating them!

The abundance of black garments drying on the clothesline out back.

Local kids whisper and stare as they pass his/her house, then start running if they spot movement in the house or yard.

Nobody trick-or-treats at his/her door--not since the year that his/her costume was scarier than any of theirs!

Footprints on the roof...and the trees near the house look as if they've been pruned for a flight-path!

S/he can't make a sandwich without adding fresh herbs to it...and don't accept that offer of a cup of tea unless you want something yellow-colored and smelling like flowers!

S/he never gets junk mail...you idly wonder why, and s/he confides that she just returns it to sender after writing something on it in strange curly script.

When you drop in for a chat, the coffee pot or tea kettle is already starting to perk.

Jehovah's Witnesses never knock on his/her door anymore...not after the last time...

Keeps the local candle shop solvent.

Has a pond out back full of frogs...and you haven't seen that pesky storm-window salesman in a while.

S/he's always smiling peacefully!

Went to a Halloween costume party dressed normally, and won first prize!

Her/his house always smells like incense and herbs.

Has cats named Kali, Diana, Loki, and Pele.

Bumper-sticker on his/her car reads, "I brake for toads".

Frequently gets questioned by the drug squad, who confiscate large amounts of dried green leaves and always return them with abject apologies after analysis!

At Christmas, it seems like half the garden is moved into the house.

Sometimes you hear the sounds of singing and drumming through the wall...if you look outside, it's usually a full moon.

Was given a bodram or dumbek for her/his last birthday...and sometimes plays it outside at midnight...

You discover the "realistic resin" skull s/he affectionately calls "Ron" in the living room actually is real...and hadn't you heard of an ex-lover named Ron?

You catch her/him washing a crystal ball along with the dishes.

S/he wears lots of silver jewelry, even when weeding or changing the oil in the car...

You knock on the door and s/he answers it wearing only a robe...you apologize for disturbing her/his shower, but notice her/his hair isn't wet...

Tendency to hum or softly chant, especially while outside in the garden.

Has a tame robin that will eat from his/her hand in the garden...that can't be normal.

Never catches a cold, despite a tendency to walk around barefoot often...even in the snow.

Doesn't kill spiders...even the huge hairy ones that startle you when you're in the tub.

Always listens to what you're saying like s/he really cares.

Has lots of female friends that come around once or twice a month...when you ask what they're up to, s/he tells you they just have cake and ale and a nice chat.

You catch him/her hugging a tree.

Owns a dinner set decorated with Celtic patterns or a "stars and moons" design.

Has a mail-order account with a semi-precious gems wholesaler.

The priest who lives around the corner always crosses himself when driving past her/his house.

Never watches television...but owns shelves full of books with black spines and silver lettering.

To your certain knowledge has never set foot in the local church...you've even heard rumors s/he's been barred from it.

You ask to borrow a deck of cards for an impromptu evening of canasta, and there are 78 in the pack.

You've never known him/her to go to a physician.

When you chat, s/he gently maintains eye contact the whole time. Expectant mothers are always visiting...also women who become expectant mothers a short time after visiting and leaving with bags full of herbs.

You ask for suggestions of nice walks in the area, and they all go by way of strange earth mounds, oak groves, and stone circles.

S/he only buys organic food...and you suspect vegetarian as well!

When you ask about vacation plans, you're told about camping in yurts...or festivals with communal cabins.

There aren't any clocks in the house...and most of the mirrors are black.

Has a statue of a dragon near the garden gate...calls it her/his "watch-dragon".

Tells you s/he's coming out of the broom closet, and installs a stained-glass pentagram window in the front door!

Thoughts of the Crone

16:15 Nov 23 2005
Times Read: 761

A Crone's life is a marvelous time. It is a cauldron overflowing with love and vast experience. As the newest generation of maidens sit quietly at her feet and watch her every move, their mothers rely on the wisdom of the Crone to teach them all they will need to survive their future.

Deep in the silence, the ancient ones dwell. With good fortune, they invite you to sit for a spell. Ask what you will, but be certain, you know? They are quick to respond and then off they will go.

Every day you rise stronger and more wise than the day before. That alone makes the journey worth every step you take.

Fear not the Crone, she is patient and waits for you to come to her in your own time. Her wisdom is mighty, you must be prepared. For she will often share more than you could begin to imagine.

When I was a young maiden running wild and free, I thought only of dancing and playing by the sea. And then as a mother filled with responsibility, my days were spent in gratitude and child curiosities. Now I am Crone and bound only to me, I find I am both kind, loyal and fierce as can be.

Do not fear the silence of the fog. Within the mist, the Goddess walks freely through time.

Often times we forget that nature can be sly and cunning. She is always hiding in plain sight and showing to those who are in tune with the vibrations of the earth, the mysteries of her seasons.

The most effective spell ever cast did not come from a book, it came straight from the heart.

Within our quietest moments we find spiritual wisdom buried deep inside. It is in this place we find it is not by random choice we have been called to the mysteries, here and now we fully understand we have always been connected.

The best teachers are those who tell you what to seek but not where to find it.

Together you and I have much to learn from the other. On this journey, we will find confidence and gratitude and peace. When our paths divide and we once more walk alone, we know our souls will always be connected.

I follow the Old ways, my Deities don't ask me to kneel at their feet or bow down before them. We stand side by side and do the work together.

I am the keeper of secrets, the seeker of knowledge and truth. My path was chosen long ago. I conjure and create blessings, spells, oils and brews. Those who seek, shall always find me, look closely, listen with your heart. For I am the Witch of the woods.

Reason, Season or Lifetime

16:13 Nov 23 2005

Reason, Season, or Lifetime

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty; to provide you with guidance and support; to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like they have been sent by the Gods, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Once they have met their commission, they find the time they spend with you to be stifling and move on. There is no fault to anyone for this, it is simply part of the Turning of the Wheel.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share your wisdom. It is your time to lead or teach or share your life experience, they are the one in need at this time and have been led to you to find their answers. They may not fully understand the gift of knowledge they have been given and after a time feel there is no profit for them and they either leave of their own accord or you are the one to walk away from a stagnant situation. Or, without any wrongdoing on your part, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that the need has been met, the desire fulfilled; your work is done. The prayer that was sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on. But that time was a learning period for the both of you. Believe it. It is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant. The lifetime relationships have a lasting impact on all those involved, these relationships will always stand through the toughest storms and weather any tempest brought to you. I am blessed to have a few in my life that I consider lifetime relationships.

So, for those who have crossed into my life for whatever occasion, I thank you for coming into my life for a Reason, a Season, or a Lifetime
