On a little street near by Porte des Lilas, Paris, The museum of vampires and imaginary monsters has a collection of 1500 old documents about vampires (some of them are from the XVIIth century) and almost 900 movies with vampires. All of them are exposed in order to attract fans of old demonology.
In the halls of the museum are exhibited engravings, coffins, magic books, photographs and other items with authentic folk flavor. In Père-Lachaise cemetery the visitors can do esoteric visits. In this way they can discover folklore, fantasy and magical flora of the cemetery.
The Musée des Vampires is open by appointment only. Appointments can be made for any day of the week between 12:30pm and 8pm. Tours (normally in French, but feel free to ask about English!) are available at 12:30pm, 3pm, 7:30pm.
I think is the only vampire-oriented museum in the world.
