Based on original animation designs by Tracy Mark Lee, 'Tooned Up' Willow is featured from the episode, 'Tough Love.' She is depicted hovering on clouds of mystic energy ready to attack the evil Glory. Willow 'floats' in at approximately 10' tall atop her base.
