It was the March 3, 2009 episode of Nip/ Tuck. The character of Christian Troy was preparing to marry long time friend Liz Cruz (resident lesbian and conscience of the show). Troy was faced with his impending demise, falling victim to breast Cancer. As he searches for immortality, a vampire couple seek the services of Mcnamara and Troy. Wishing to surgically remove the scars on their necks made by each others teeth. The female vamp having prosthetics and the male sharpened incisors. During an especially ardent bloodletting he had bitten to close to the main artery in the neck and almost killed her. The surgical closure of the bites left a very ugly scar on her neck. The couple stated to the doctors that they were vampires, they drank each others blood usually during sex in order to keep their youth and vitality.
Unfortunately the young couple failed in their attempts to kick the "bloody" habit and Dr. Troy walks in catching them in the act of binging on plasma stored for surgery. Instead of calling the police, he throws them a bag of plasma "for the road" and tells them to get their "scary selves" out of there.
