Most of you know about the new database system and how your submissions to it will increase your Status. There's a few things I'd like to highlight:
You don't have to *add* new entries to accumulate submissions. Editing an existing entry will get you submission points. Just make sure your edits are relevant. If you're just looking to score points, Procurators will know, and deny your edits.
Your edits make the database more accurate. In some ways, edits are more important that adds.
A good way to accumulate edit points is through editing existing entries via a better picture. You don't have to edit anything in the description, just upload a better picture. The reviewing Procurator will most likely approve the edit.
For movies, great graphics can be found here:

Movie posters are always the most preferred graphic for a movie.
If you are adding entries, make sure the entry doesn't already exist. If it does, your add will just get denied and you'll end up wasting your time.
Sometimes an entry should be deleted or moved. In this case, click edit, then just fill in the notes section. If the reviewing Procurator agrees, they will click approve (which gets you a submission point) and then enact the change.
And remember, you can also submit to SciFi Section's database to gain submission points.
