Yeah, I know there's going to be tons on board, but I'm just curious if anyone is planning on "smuggling" any in (either in checked luggage or in water bottles, etc.) I really shouldn't be concerned. I've been on two Holland America cruises and didn't bring any.

Anyone have experience with this with Carnival? I know they're the "fun" ship but I think the "jumper" incident in the last few days might change some of their policies. Maybe not. Also, does Carnival sell alcohol by the bottle? Holland actually has reasonable prices (1 litre for 30 bucks or so, with a couple mixers)

One other question: since our cruise package includes a bottle of wine, will Carnival still charge the $10 corkage fee if we choose to drink it in the dining room?
