I've checked my e-mails and the message boards, but I could not find any reference to getting paperwork if we purchased the trip insurance.

Should we have received something in e-mail or snail mail?

You should have received a seperate mailing from the insurance company with your policy.

We got the insurance too, and we didn't get anything in the mail. :(

You know what, I was almost going to throw mine away cuz it kind of resembled junk mail. I'd just call them.
