The Level Gainers is an open group on Power Punks that allows you to do anytihng you want that is not against TOS.

Waste time on the group forums however you wish, Post as much as you want about anything, There is no Forum minimum, there is no delay period on posting unless a Thread Says you must wait...

If you want to be a Detail Admin, News Admin, or Forum Admin, Just ask... only real rule is you are responsible for what you do or say against TOU... if it's brought to my attention I'll remove it and I won't listen to complaining about it.
