Depends on what you mean. Luciferianism is considered to be a Satanic group, so naturally there's a lot of overlap. For example, both theistic Satanism and Luciferianism value the attainment of knowledge and freedom, and followers who also dabble in magic usually opt for the Left Hand Path. Luciferianism can also be split into general Luciferianism and theistic Luciferianism. Lucifer as a deity is considered to be, by many, a completely separate from the deity Satan, so while their philosophy is similar, the object of their worship is a completely different deity.
