Welcome to the Coven Administrator Page. Here we will explain the duties and roles certain members have within the coven. Please read carefully, any queries you have concerning certain issues need to be directed to the appropriate staff members.
Coven Staff:
ADMINISTRATION-
Maintained by Lady of Dragonrose-explains who and what we are!
The COVEN MISTRESS: Tammy. She oversees all and makes sure everyones feeling comfortable within the coven, including her staff members. She can do all duties/roles within the coven, including handing out her mark. If you have any issues after exhausting all other possible resources (staff members) then please approach her. Try not to burden our Mistress with issues that could have been resolved through other means.
The ASSISTANT COVEN MASTERS: LadyOfDragonRose, ForeverBlack, and xXxDeathChildxXx. They can do all duties/rolls within the coven besides marking. If you have any issues after exhausting all other possible resources (Staff members) then please approach them, before approaching our Mistress.
The LEVEL MASTERS: Tammy, All ACMs, Rhiakathu ,CelestiaNocturne.
The TRADE MASTERS: Tammy, All ACMs, Rhiakathu, and CelestiaNocturne. They can initiate and accept trade offers from other Houses or Covens and can Induct anyone not yet in a House or Coven. If you would like to be in this coven please message one of them.
The COVEN MESSAGE MASTERS: Tammy, All ACMs, Rhiakathu ,CelestiaNocturne, and NCBandit. They can send Coven messages that go to the "System" folder in your Message Center.
The DETAIL MASTERS: Tammy, All ACMs ,Rhiakathu ,CelestiaNocturne, NCBandit ,themoonlightishome, BadRose, AcidCandy, and Visiden .They can access the setup page, allowing them to change the appearance or add anything new to our lovely coven's pages.
The NEWS MASTERS: Tammy, Rhiakaþu. This job entails adding and deleting news articles on the News page.
The FORUM MASTERS: All members in coven not designated as regular members are Forum Masters. Their roles within the coven are to monitor all of the forum threads. They can: Open, Close, Edit and Delete forum threads. Please remember when creating a new thread/post that it will be monitored carefully. Any offensive and uncalled-for behavior will not be tolerated and the thread/post will be removed.
THE COVEN DEFENDERS:ACM's only. If you have a problem with any member or with another coven please see ForeverBlack or LadyofDragonrose. We defend our coven and is members. Do not try to resolve the issue on your own.
