There is more then one way from where u can lake the energy not only from an inviduals.. If u don't have a person to do it..besides some ppl emit such strong energy that fills you up just by being around them..there is no need for touch or eye contact..thought...the energy is all around us depense on you how you breath it in you and make it useful:)
