Lilith tells us to take back our power.
She calls to us to stand in our truth, embracing our darkness and our light equally.
She tells us to stop playing small and being afraid of burning too passionately for worry of being misunderstood in the eyes of others.
Our fire is not for them, she tells us. It is for us.
We’re not here to be the sacrifice; we’re here to set the world on fire.
Sometimes you have to be painted as the demon to create the life you want.
Sometimes you need to dig your claws in and roar like a banshee.
Sometimes you have to burn it all to the ground in order for something more to flow in.
Sometimes you have to break completely open to come back together again.
Sometimes we need to fall from grace and be banished from a life that doesn’t fit.
Sometimes we need to let go of the unmanifested embers of the past in order to summon our dreams into being.
The reality is sometimes we need to embrace the Demon because she holds so much power in helping us reclaim our fiery sword of truth and aids us in rebuilding our Queendom.
Sometimes you need to set the world around you on fire, burn it all to the ground and accept that you’re going to be the misunderstood character in the story that others tell.
I’d rather be a free Demon than an enslaved heroine anyways.

Ways to Contact the Faerie

There are many ways to contact faeries. Most of them are accidental and can not be done purposely.
But there are ways to draw faeries closer.
Their favorite drink is elderberry wine. It is said that people who drink of this will be able to see them and that if you drink the wine out of a cup shared with the faeries, you will forever be able to see them.
Leave a bit of milk out for them. Also leave out the last fruits from every harvest to bring good luck on your crops. Midsummer is their favorite time of year and is the easiest time to venture into FaerieLand (or the Astral Realm).
There are meditative processes you can try to get into FaerieLand. Here is an example: Go into a meditative trance (any method can be used for this). Focus inward on yourself, and then begin to focus on the Astral Realm. Let it draw in you in and block out all other thoughts. With practice this can be modified and perfected enough to bring you to the Faerie Realm.
If you practice spell magic, any spell and/or ritual can be adapted to use help from the faeries. One of the easiest things to do is to use the number 5 instead of 3. Light 5 candles, repeat a chant 5 times, etc. Also be sure to work outdoors b/c this is where they reside in the human realm. Faeries can be a big help because they represent nature in its purest forms.
There are also ways to protect yourself from being drawn into FaerieLand. *Always walk through the woods with a friend who knows of the dangers and can help you if you get caught in a toadstool ring.
*Wear you jacket inside out. This prevents you from being permanently trapped if you get caught in the Astral Realm.
Definations of Faerie Magick

Faerie Magick: Magick specifically connected to the Faerie Realm, whether through invoking the Faeries, working in a Wild Place, or working with energy that feels specifically connected to the realm of Faerie.
Faerie Fire: A green light or energy that glows but does not burn, often seen in enchanted places at night during summer. When raising energy, focus on Faerie Fire and you will find the energy tingles and crackles more than usual.
Mists and Shadows: The veiled space between the physical realm and the world of Faerie. It's possible to enter this realm in a physical state, and often you will 'lose time' in this space. Shape-shifting is easier here, and when we subconsciously slide into this realm we often catch glimpses of the Faerie Folk.
Green Man: The masculine aspect of the Forest, often seen in entwined ivy, the bark on trees, or in the twisted limbs of a bush.
Crystal Grove: This is what I call the magickal space of the Faerie. I visualize this space as a grotto with lush vegetation, sparkling lights from the phosphorescence that floats in on the tides, huge dark trees with moss hanging down and over-looking it all, a Full Moon. The energy of this space can be re-created through the use of candles, crystals, finding a lovely spot in the woods or by a stream (I found two such places---one on Big Island of Hawaii and one in Washington State. I know there must be more).
Wild Place: A spot in nature that has wild, untamed energies. Unkempt lots where the brambles and briars have overtaken the land tend to be where Faeries congregate. I was pixie led in one such area. I had been through it dozens of times in the daylight, and knew the path blindfolded but one night got lost and ended up in the middle of a patch of scotchbroom three times---each time returning to the beginning of the path and starting over again. I finally took the long way home. The next day I checked---nothing out of the ordinary, the trail hadn't been altered in any way by human hands. After that I avoided it at night because the energy wasn't very welcoming.
Deva: A plant, land, or faerie "oversoul" who has more knowledge and insight than the others---kind of like an elder. One who has guardianship over a territory or group of plants or faeries.
What is Faerie Magick

Faeries have inspired people's imaginations and spiritual experiences down through the ages, including the plays of Shakespeare and the spiritual traditions of the ancient Irish, including those of the druids. The faerie realm mirrors the mortal realm. Faerieland is the home of our emotive primordial links with our origins, the home of universal wisdom and truth.
Collectively know as the "Sidhe" or the "Bright People," faerie beings exist halfway between the material and spiritual, the mortal and deity. As a presence that animates and enlivens all of Nature, faeries represent the Elemental powers of the land. They come in all sizes, shapes, and types, such as elves, pixies, leprechauns, oakmen, undines, and satyrs. Some appear human-like, while others can shapeshift to any form they desire.
Faerie Magick not only gives the lore of the faeries, but spells and potions for communicating and working with the Fae. Build a unique relationship the Fae and it will lead to expanded awareness, enrich and enliven your life, and help you find the empowerment you've been needing.
