We are all comprised of both the beauty and the beast. Neither is better than the other, both need each other.
Good or bad? Innocent or evil? Light or dark? However you see the two sides, they both exist, in each of us. Which side prevails most often is up to you.
I prefer the Beauty. I prefer to believe in true love and its ability to penetrate the deepest darkness, the cruelest evil. But without my beast, I am only half of what I could be. I need the darker side to balance me, to quench my primal hungers.
