Got my driver’s licence the other day. I said I’d get it on the first try, and I did. Real happy about that.
A few minutes after I received it, I got a call from the Oslo Airport, concerning a job application I had sent. They wanted a job interview, and the day they had available was the next day. So, I rush home, eat dinner, rush back and hop on the bus.
Nine hours later I was in Oslo. Popped by my sis for a few hours sleep, a shower and a shave, and went for the interview. I actually think it went quite well.
If I do get this job, I could be potentially making a fortune. The regular pay is great, and I can work extra, which pays even better, and then there’s overtime. Weekends, holidays… they pay can double and triple on those. Not to mention cheap airfare.
If only this can come through, I think I might be set to do well for a while.
Anyways, while I wait for the applicants to get weeded out, there’s the Inferno. This year it’s the 5th to the 7th April. Three days of hardcore Black Metal of the highest quality. I’ll be staying at a friend’s apartment, just 3-4 minutes walking distance from the venue, and to top it off, he may be headed home to west Norway for those days. That leaves just me, a big apartment in the capital, and the festival around the corner.
Fucking ace.
So, I will be relaxing for a few days. I may write more soon. Cheers.
