Dear Journal,

Some things are better left without knowing. However, knowing can sometimes be a blessing and a curse. I miss my family and I believe once I create my own, I will see them again, but this time, I will be telling mybkids things regardless of what they might already know so they can be prepared.

I've been meeting people along the way and they have helped me a great deal. I at least know who I am partially and what my purpose is, but finding out truths of the beginning is still a mystery to me. I think the answers will come once my children do because the curse will not reach them and I thinknI can record what they remember into the puzzle pieces. My goal now is to complete what I have set out to do and once I can accomplish that, just record what I see and hear.
