I can't wait for winter this year. I look forward to spending cold nights curled in front of the fireplace, the boys doing homework, the smell of bread baking or jambalaya simmering on the stove.



It's has been a long time since I have felt that peace within my heart is finally attainable. I am a Mom, woman, lover and friend. I thought I lost the strenght that I have inside, but, I am glad to remember that I can handle anything. I already have.

I like the colder weather too..the crisp mornings and night, the changing of the leaves, the whole mystery that seems to loom. I am also hoping we have more snow this winter...love to watch it fall:)

There is something about the silence of watching snow falling. It blocks out sound and stress and seems to calm a hectic day.
